A pole dancing class was on my squad's list of things to try in 2017. I'm not the athletic or very coordinated so I was def felt out of my comfort zone. We signed up for the intro class online, which requires some planning since there are only four spots. Even though there was a mistake in booking the instructor was able to accommodate us. The instructor really made this experience fantastic. She could tell I was nervous and reassured she would help every step of the way, which she did. Every step was broken down, and she gave each of us one on one attention-along with praise when we accomplished the move. Although I was extremely sore the next day I def want to book another intro class. read more

Purchased a deal on living social for three pole dancing classes for the price of one to try this place out. The studio itself was not very big but I prefer a more intimate setting if there is a possibility that I might embarrass myself. There are only 4-5 people per class which makes you feel a little more comfortable about attempting the moves. There are no locker rooms or anything like so come ready to start and done forget your heels. Parking is either in front of the building or on the side. The first class I went to was scheduled for 10am but the class had been cancelled and I was not notified. I contacted the location that same day and they apologized and told me there was a glitch in the system and they allowed me to reschedule the class. They have cancellation fees etc. and it is not in your benefit to be late as the classes start right on time and are an hour exactly. I was kind of upset but I did not pay full price so I went ahead rescheduled my class and was glad I did. I took the Intro classes with Kelly and Rayna on separate days. Kelly's class is very straight to the point and easy to follow. She is detailed in showing you the moves but is not very friendly in my opinion. Rayna, on the other hand, is very outgoing and encouraging. Be ready with your pretend stripper name for her class because she will ask. Also, she does move fast so don't be intimidated just try and keep up. Overall, it was a good workout, climbing a pole is definitely hard work and I have a new found respect for strippers as they make it look so easy and do it day in and day out. I will continue to take some classes, once a week is good enough. read more

My friend booked her 30th birthday celebration with Exotic Workouts and was very excited! However due to the Coronavirus pandemic, her celebration was cancelled by the company. Unfortunately, they did not offer her a full refund. The best they "could do" was give her a 25% refund of her total purchase price. Does this seem fair? I understand that as a small business they have to make ends meet however this is not the right way to do business. This treatment doesn't make her or any of her guests want to patron their business in the future. read more

I would not recommend this studio to anyone. I took classes with 2 different instructors and they were both condescending. Guess what ladies if I could do all of the moves before I come to class, I really wouldn't need to spend my money coming to class now would I? They rescheduled a class that I registered for and couldn't reach me to notify me. I showed up for the class at the time that I registered for and I was told that the class was moved to an hour earlier. Ok they couldn't reach me but I've contacted them twice and they still haven't given me the credit for the class. The studio is literally 3 minutes away from my house. I would rather drive 30 minutes to a nicer studio with instructors who are nice and encouraging. By the way the class that I registered for said ALL LEVELS. Just in case they try to use that to rationalize their rudeness. read more

I just want to thank our instructor Shelly she was amazing. While in class, we only go by our pole dancing alter ego names which made all of us feel sexy an attractive. The classes are always fun and very good workout I have learned a lot of moves and Shelly really took her time with me. I never imagined I could do half the things she has taught me she is a great instructor and I have referred so many people to this place. Kind of unprofessional but nice about...I drove all the way to the Sunrise location for a class that was online, not cancelled, & had 1 person registered. Was told you can not pay in studio and the 1 person was training for a competition and I could not stay and practice on my own. If you're doing a private lesson, class should be cancelled.It would've been more professional to state all this online before I wasted my gas and money paying tolls to drive to Sunrise for nothing. So if you're going to give them a try CALL first during the stated hours M-F only. They don't answer on the weekend although classes are available. I took my chances assuming the website was right but was wrong...I was excited about visiting the studio but I can't deal with unorganized people and businesses. Decided to take my chances at Polestars, the only other studio with classes on Sunday. Most likely will not be back unless it's free. Complete waste of time. read more
