I highly recommend everyone to trust this company for all your special travel needs. My then fiancé, now husband, and I contacted Peter to help us arrange our wedding ceremony and mini honeymoon in Iceland. I was seriously so confused with all the rules and red tape involved with getting married there. It is definitely not as easy as people make it seem in the blogs! Thankfully, Peter had my back! He works with a fantastic company in Iceland called Nordic Visitor. I can't tell you how pleased we were with both companies. They made every day there so special! We were picked up promptly in Iceland by our super nice driver Aleksander. He had a beautiful Mercedes waiting to take us to Hotel 101 in downtown Reykjavik. We were even able to check in way early. The hotel was insanely nice and the customer service was even better! A couple days we would come back from our adventures and find chocolate covered strawberries and complimentary champagne waiting for us! Every adventure we had planned went off without a hitch. Every driver was promptly on time, waiting for us in our lobby. We even got to squeeze in some snowmobile action after the golden circle tour thanks to our awesome driver that pulled some strings! I'm so impressed how amazing everything came together and we're using this company for all our future trips!

They wouldnt discuss their available tours over the phone and asked that my MIL show up in person instead. I called asking if there were pamphlets available to get and review, to decide which tour would be best. The lady said yes. I arrived, very well aware that the lady helping me was not the same person on the phone. I asked about pamphlet, she said they dont have such a thing. I would have to tell her where Im interested in going in order for her to print something out for me. Unfortunately, she wasnt able to print ANY of their tours because there's just too many. She continued to be very pushy in asking where we wanted to go. I don't know, why else do you think Im here!!! How does one expect someone to answer if you can't provide me what you can offer in the possible states you may be going to? She kept repeating Boston, which leads me to think thats the most popular place to go. One would not need to go to a tour company, if they know where to go and what to do. Obviously, Im coming to you, and asking what your company can provide me. Another thing that was irritating. Im speaking to the lady in english. This older man starts chiming in, in mandarin. Why? One, why are you talking to me and two, why are you talking to me in another language? Very unprofessional.

Our package included a 14 day stay in Bali and Yogyakarta (we started in Bali, traveled to Yogya and returned to Bali for a few days before flying back to the States). Weni made sure that EVERY detail was covered, before the trip and during. Our guide in Bali was Yerry. As other reviewers have said, Yerry was kind, accomodating and well-informed. And he was an EXCELLENT driver. Our guides in Yogya (Salif and Rocky) were just as wonderful. They made sure they took us to all of the great attractions but that they also accomodated our wishes to see/experience things that weren't on the beaten tourist path (like the bird market and a spot with gudeg that we are STILL craving!). And the accomodations!!! Each hotel/villa was better than the last! The trip wasn't cheap, but for what we got, it was worth every cent! We went during the rainy season and highly recommend it. When it rained, it only lasted for an hour or two, the average temp was in the mid 80s and best of all, there weren't many tourists (a couple of the hotels we stayed at were virtually empty!) Just one suggestion---make sure that you build some downtime in your schedule. While we loved the fact that our tour was chock full of sites and activities, we would have liked to have a day or two of downtime just to relax by the private infinity pools ;) Our only regret is that Weni doesn't handle travel across the globe! We would use her every time we traveled! She is simply THAT good! Trust us, you will NOT be disappointed.

She has great relationships with local vendors and guides who treated us really well. Weni was great about checking in with us during the trip and even adjusted the itinerary during the trip to accommodate our requests. Most impressively Weni quickly reacted to flight cancellations and made sure that we were taken care of on the next available flights without us having to worry about anything. We really recommend using DoyanTravel. Weni put a great itinerary together for us. We really loved the boat ride down the river ways in Borneo and visiting camp Leakey. Also our guide in Bali, Oka, was great and just driving through Bali or walking through a rice field with him was awesome. If we could take the trip again the only thing we would change is to spend more time.

This was also our first time traveling out of the country in a decade, so we were anxious about navigating international travel. Paul went above and beyond the typical duties of a travel agent. He was well informed about LGBTQIA safety around the world and gave us multiple great honeymoon options. Paul spent a lot of time going over everything with us and made sure that we understood the pros and cons of every option in our price range such as which resorts had better food, family friendly vs adult only resorts, which resorts were more about the nightlife/party experience vs a more quiet stay. He assisted us with all of the logistics, phone calls, very minute details, and planning/itinerary for our trip to an all-inclusive in Cabo, Mexico. He looked into all of our special requests for additional excursions and got back to us in a timely manner every time with multiple options. He truly took care of everything under the sun including writing up an email per my request with a list of when, who, and how much to tip at our resort. Paul made sure to caution us about potential scammers who would (and did) agressively approach us in the airport as well as other trip-specific and country specific details that absolutely saved us from unnecessary stress/costs/safety risks. Paul made himself readily available for our call anytime while we were on our trip and encouraged us to call him if there was anything that we needed. When I called him during our honeymoon to request a last-minute, romantic sunset sailboat outing, he sprung into action and got it all set up for us while we continued to relax and enjoy ourselves. On another occasion, I called Paul in a panic, thinking we had missed our transportation due to our tardy arrival. Paul called me back in just a minute or so and got everything sorted out for us right away. We felt that he truly had our back, every step of the way. With the level of care that Paul showed us, he felt more like a warm and worldly family member than just any travel agent, and at the same time he is also incredibly professional. We were completely taken care of and felt very safe in his capable hands. I highly recommend his services, especially for any LGBTQIA community members but also for anyone who is planning a trip abroad. I cannot emphasize enough the level of personalization he put into our trip planning on our behalf and how incredibly grateful we feel to have had Paul's support and expertise throughout this experience. My wife and I will 100% use Rainbow Voyages again.

They seemed to be having a hard time keeping stuff warm, and the quality was poor - think: your dad's friends' retirement party buffet with dry pulled pork (or was it chicken? Hard to say) cold mac and cheese, watery coleslaw, and cupcakes that tasted like nothing. If you want an all-you-can-drink event and that's all you care about, then it might be worth it for you, but I had hoped it had a bit more value. The one upshot was the venue, Stateside live, which was cool and we got to hang out inside some, but we could have done that without the price tag. We will look for other tailgate events or just tailgate ourselves in the future!

You can spend 20 minutes tops scheduling the same trip for 1/4 the cost and probably have your own home and a better time. They don't give out their location at games but you can count on them being in the nosebleeds, corner of end zone looking right into the sun. You need to know this so you can avoid them. At least their cupcakes and assorted treats were respectable.
