Last Sunday went there, my 1st time in a vape shop, & was impressed with the set-up .Lots of vapes, accessories, hookahs etc etc on display. I was attended to by Zack & showed him my device & what was needed & he quickly retrieved the the type of batteries & charger my unit required---no up sell. He was also patient enough to answer my multitude of questions. I'm unable to comment on the prices because I haven't really compared them to other vape shops or online sites.
