There is no way a person like Ashley could be helpful to animals when she can't even speak to a human. People wonder how people can be cruel to animals well she is a perfect example. By the way, my neighbors and I have called both agencies multiple times over multiple years about this same person and they do nothing. But the folks that will care for their animals and property they will go after with full force.

I took my Bernese mountain dog Bernie on July 22nd to The Dog Stop in Boardman to be groomed. He…read morewent there at 3pm a happy healthy dog, 25 minutes later I was told she brushed my dog but I had to come pick him up because she was afraid he would break the table. The groomer was Lexie Nezbeth. When I arrived within 10 minutes I was told by her to check his neck, he came to me with blood shot eyes and sounded like he was gurgling. I immediately rushed him to Medvet in Girard and was told he exhibited signs of being chocked. He had a 104 degree temperature, blown blood vessels in his eyes and was experiencing difficulty breathing. They administered a shot to reduce the inflammation in his neck and I was told he needs to be on a soft diet and we need to monitor him while he eats to make sure he doesn't exhibit any signs of chocking. The vet bill was 988.00 and I was charged 30.00 by Dog Stop for a brush which looked like was never done. I immediately contacted Dog Stop and spoke to a manager named Kerrigan Mccree who argued with me that there was no way he could have been chocked. I asked her multiple times for corporates information and was never given their phone number. Never once did she express any concern or apologize for what happened. She was very unprofessional and argumentative. I was given her managers email and forwarded the vet bill and statement to her and was promised half of our expenses if I sign a paper stating I will not post any information on social media. I refused to sign and never heard from them again. Never once did anyone ever apologize or explain to me what happened that day. They need help accountable for chocking my dog. The situation should have been handled differently, they should have explained what happened and Kerrigan be fired for the way she talked to me. Corporate here is a joke and you cannot speak to anyone nor does anyone there care about the well being of your dog.

Anyways we brought him in washed him ourselves and we love it. 50pound dog $14.00, for owners that wash their pet. Well worth it. We used the flea and tick shampoo, they have a different variety of shampoos to choose from. His coat is nice and clean and smells good again. They have towels and really good strong blow dryers to dry ur pets fur. Works really well. And when you are washing them they have leash clip on's to keep them in the tub while you bath them. They have brushes there too for the fury babies. Also she recommended us to use the rake type brush for our hairy baby. They have rubber brushes too to brush them while they are all wet and it worked out well. Both ladies were very kind to us. And they also have aprons to wear. 100% A+. Dar's Dirty Dogs Business is amazing, outstanding, clean, excellent customer service and a wonderful place to bring your dog in for a bath/shower.

I talked to three different people on the phone and each one was more difficult and painful to work with than the last. Also, their aquarium section would be laughable if it weren't so pathetic and sad from all the abuse and mistreatment to the fish. I cannot trust them do deliver and preform like they claim based on my experiences with them.
