Ochoa quoted me a full highlight to start at $124 and go up from there and said it would definitely be more because of my long hair, well the Finishing Touch starts at $75 for a full highlight and charged me $78 when it was all said and done even with my long hair. I love the color I got done at the Finishing Touch and it's the only salon I will go to from now on, not to mention their great prices! I'm in love with this place and will be returning as much as possible.
