Had a desktop that would crash under load, came in and explained the entire issue as well as…read moreagreeing to pay their diagnosis fee. a week later I call them asking to pick it up because I have school work due and they tell me it'll be done in 2 hours. then they proceed to try and charge me 160$ which is significantly more than their diagnosis fee. I reluctantly paid the 145$ we agreed on and I bring my pc home just for it to not even be fixed!!
