Established in 2012.

In November 2012, Felder & Associates was born to fill a void we recognized in the Savannah market; architectural firms devoted to being a client's advocate. While great design is still the end goal, Felder & Associates understands the importance of listening to our clients to be sure that their design needs are met. Services provided by the firm include: historic preservation, architectural design, project management, construction administration and interior design.

Meet the Business Owner: Brian F.

Established in 2012, Brian Felder founded Felder & Associates, LLC and acts as the Principal. He is known for applying classical rules, order and materials in innovative ways to contemporary buildings using fresh practices. Brian's imaginative designs range an extensive array of projects, including commercial, corporate and medical facilities, churches, banks and high-end residential designs. Brian's residential projects include both new customer and speculative houses. He specializes in the revitalization of older homes whose design has become dated. Some of his accomplishments include working on projects such as: the Savannah Toyota 2015 Vision Upgrades, the Seacrest Partners Office Rehabilitation and the Titlemax Headquarters. Brian has worked with several local organizations, including: Goodwill Industries of the Coastal Empire, United Community Bank, Hancock Askew and Oliver Manor.
