The newer board battery deteriorated quickly (lasts about 15-20 minutes) making me suspect they chose a more economical route for manufacturing. I now have 2 board that don't work. I ordered 2 replacement controllers that don't sync. I have been in correspondence with the one person that works there for over a month now. She sends me videos and asks me to ship the boards from Hawaii to New Jersey, on my dime, so they can look at it. Zero tech support. I have asked them to call me and sent videos. Long story short. The boards were amazing to start but don't last very long. I bought the first one in 2020 and the second one 18 months later. The newer one didn't even last 2 years. The remote just stopped working. After trying to sync new remotes they glitch out and unsync while you ride it. They are dangerous. I have exhausted all my resources and all I can say is that I'm bummed. I spent about $1500 (2 boards) on what I thought was a very good product. The wheels are great... the rest is junk. And I just spent $80 bucks on remotes that don't work and no customer support. Sorry Rikka, you guys need to do a lot better for your customers.

I wrote back that I don't drive unless I have to (medical), have never ridden an e-bike so would be transporting it home to learn to ride it, and so asked him to store it until the part was in and it was a full build. Scott accommodated, and I got a fully built PERFECT bike for me yesterday. Scott helped me load it into my SUV (a tight fit, so grateful for his help) and I shook his hand. I was able to find items on sale with price clearly marked. There was only one assistant in the shoes section the last few times I stopped in and I usually see a customer or two waiting to be served. The check-out line on the other hand is getting better. I no longer have to print out the coupon sheet as I used too. The clerk can scan the barcode on my phone and it works for all items that are on sale that day. Too bad their system only allows one coupon per transaction which is intentional I'm sure.
