We just left everything there! Charlie was great. Always above board and honest. We didn't need to have an attorney for the transaction, but Charlie accommodated and worked well with him through the process. We had a check within 4 weeks. Charlie was even persistent in following up to make the funds were distributed to us. Great experience overall.
