I was only in the home for four days and left early. The renter took $500 for security and only gave me $300 back that is after we threatened Villano. I told Shari Villano and they did NOTHING , it took me almost TWO MONTHS after telling them and emailing them of my address, I have email to prove. They refuse to email me back in writing. I asked in advance if the space is deep cleaned and was assured it would be. I am in a clinical trial for cancer and wanted to be sure it was thoroughly cleaned. It was not. I was in the ER the night before and put on antibiotics so it was important that the space had been cleaned. Sand on the dining room table, cushions half off the couch, shower stall dirty. No cleaning supplies. Placing air fresheners around is not cleaning. The closets were stuffed (all 3) and unable to be used. I had to reorganize one so I could fit my clothing. I rented this house for 3 weeks and was already disappointed. The wifi/cable did not work - from Saturday until Tuesday and I had to stay and wait for the cable company for two days. The first day they said they would be there by noon - only when I called the realtor's office I was told oh, they are not coming today - it will be tomorrow. I asked if they had someone from their office to handle this I was told no. I had guests and it was an inconvenience all around that I was expected to handle this. This particular rental was also listed for sale so I feel like there was zero effort put into the house and I paid a little over $10,000. We made the best of it but won't use this realtor again.

I got a call this morning (pickup day) that it's on back order for 2 months all of a sudden. Waste of my time, it should have been delivered by today, not ordered placed today. I doubled checked when I placed the order for a reason, not for my health. There was no help or guidance on similar options. Thanks for wasting my time, I will take my business elsewhere.

I spent more then 3 hours JUST placing an order here this summer 2025 . This was because they have messed up orders twice before leaving us to pay for all the fixes relating to these mistakes. I would have never ordered from them again but I was told they would make sure it was all done right this time. So this time i was sooo careful to make sure they ordered the right items that I went over the order many times with them in the same day. Then they still ended up ordering the wrong tiles. they didnt tell us we needed to make sure the tiles were the right one upon pickup so they were installed. They admitted they ordered the wrong tiles but placed the blame on us and refused to cover any costs to replace them.. even though it was only 3 long pieces of tile. I was not told we needed to inspect the items to make sure they were the right ... and after spending 3 hours just making sure the order was right, I can't believe it still wasnt. All they offered was to give us 3 pieces of the tile to replace it and basically said we should be extremely happy with this because these pieces were more expensive than what we ordered. My response was that all I wanted was what we ordered. Having more expensive pieces means nothing when you now have to pay for the costs to replace them. Then she said that there was language at bottom of this bill that says they are not responsible for their mistakes. I didnt read that because I was told over and over that day they have the order done right and again didnt even mention this language on bottom of bill .... This language at the bottom of a bill is only given to people after they pay ... and most people dont read the tiny language... yes thats our fault but if a company is a reliable company they wouldnt need legal language to cover their mistakes all the time.
