It is all about the bottom line, which you should watch careful if you rent from them. They will nickel and dime you for all sorts of fees. Be careful on what the fine print says. And the personality of some in the office is not pleasant. This is essential when you are the first interaction to a business. The maintenance staff is phenomenal and very helpful. They are used and abused by those in the office that refuse to get off their butts and out of the office to deliever something as simply as housing notices.
