The staff was super helpful and efficient even though there were several customers ahead of us, they got us all set up quickly. They gave me a couple options for demo skis and recommended a pair that worked out great. The return of the gear was very easy, we wound up keeping it 1 day longer to ski more and they had no issue with it, we just settled up at the end. They also have a lot of other winter gear and very reasonable prices.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more I rented a set of "sport" skis/boots for 3 days. On day one I twisted my knee and had to be rescued by ski patrol...who were great BTW. Village Ski refused to refund any of my rental even tho they were getting the equipment back 2 days early. At $50/day that's $100 they refused to refund. I've returned equipt early elsewhere (Whiteface, for poor weather) and received refunds for unused days. Should've rented for one day and just kept extending the rental. I'll def look at renting elsewhere next time.

Had zero problems in using them and we need nothing extra beyond the gears. The sleeping bag and tent kept us warm during a raining late summer night. The propane gas lasted for 2+ meals. The pick-up and drop-off are really easy (remember to wear insect repellent though as it's outside). Camping group was a big rugged and we used another comforter at the bottom to help. Louis is very warm and helpful in recommending camping sites for us.
