Anna is absolutely AMAZING!! My sisters and I walked in to get matching tattoos and she came up with the idea that would make it even more special!! She had us all draw our own hearts to be I. The tattoo and to use our favorite colors! I live in Texas but I would drive there again just for HER!! She made the experience so special!! The vibe was so chill and welcoming!! They are so down to earth here!! Ohhhhh and I almost forgot.... She actually uses a more expensive cover for your tattoo that aids in a smoother healing ( but she does not charge extra for it!!) it was only $100 for each tattoo!! Did I mention that she has such a GREAT personality and sense of humor?!?!?! We are sooooooo happy with everything about that night!! read more

Haley was amazing with my 5yo ear piercing. Very patient and kind. I used to be a tattoo artist in another shop, so I know my way around piercings and tattoos. I've been to many shops and this one is my number 1 for Mobile, top 2 overall. I've been here many times and everything is always very clean and professional in this shop, friendly staff, and great atmosphere/decorating. read more

The shop is spaced out enough to not feel like everyone is on top of each other. It's clean and looks nice. The staff were attentive and friendly. Sam was my artistic. She is so sweet. Very personable and great attention to detail. I had her put a tattoo on me that she had done for my daughter that recently passed away. Her warmth and compassion was so welcoming. I honestly wanted to hug her before I left. I'll definitely be back. read more

Poor service from the Front desk person. She originally said they were booked, we rode by and didn't see but 1 car in the parking lot so we decided to stop. Went inside and was then told they don't do piercings after 8:30. It was 8:40pm. Door said they close at 10. Why didn't we get the same, we're booked up if that was truly the reason. Or why didn't she say on the phone, we stop at 8:30. I don't appreciate the lack of professionalism. You don't provide service when you want, if you're running a business, you provide a service until you close. I have been her before and never had such a terrible experience. Will not be back. read more

Went in to get a piercing, wasn't exactly sure what piercing I wanted but decided to re pierce my vertical labret. (It's a lip piercing) anyways, the young lady that pierced me was super sweet and precise. I could tell she cared about making it the most comfortable and exact. The piercing was only 30 bucks, as most piercings are in this shop. Definitely recommend read more

I've been using Erin V. as my tattoo artist for years and I follow her wherever she goes. The other artists in this shop are also really great and everyone is very friendly. Additionally, the shop is very well kept - always neat and tidy. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable to be in. Highly recommend! read more

My husband went here years ago and got an awful tattoo. The line work is crooked and the shading is in consistent, but it healed really nice. So I went a few years later for an industrial piercing I should've listen to my gut.. the piercer asked where did I want my piercing? I was kinda confused because I told her industrial. So she pierced it and I loved how it looked but it started hurting because it was pressing on my ear from being incorrectly placed and my ear was growing over the middle of the bar. I went back she took it out and put a ring in the top hole and it never healed and eventually I took it out. I'm not sure if these people are still there but just be careful. read more

love the service and love the outcome of the tattoo I had gotten Tay and she did her magic 10/10

Solid group of artists! A long established studio that boasts a spacious lobby. And they offer Walk in tattoos on Fridays and Saturdays! Their facebook page is super responsive and you feel welcome when you come here. read more

Messed up a couple of my tattoos a few years ago. Offered nothing for the screw up. I refuse to go back to a place that allows someone who is sick or high to tattoo. Dude said he was sick but I don't know. Rather go to someone I can trust. read more

I took my daughter for her first tattoo! I got my one tattoo there too. Well evidently they are hard up for money they charged her 50 dollars for a plain infinity tat black and white very small on the inside of her wrist. I could not believe it! read more

Love my fleur-de-lis!! Thanks for being very professional and doing a great job. Now my husband wants one. read more

Such a friendly staff and very tastefully decorated. The smell was very clean unlike many such establishments. Josie the piercing artist was sweet and helped me get my new plugs in. She also provided some advice on a previous piercing and invited us to come back and shop with her. All smiles when we left. Thanks! read more

I had several tats done there but they actually messed up my last few... not so bad that they aren't tolerable but when you pay money to put something on your skin for LIFE... you expect artists to get it right. disappointed. read more

First, my son had an appt. at 7 pm, they did not get started on his tattoo until 11 pm. He had an idea already in his mind of the specific tattoo he wanted and brought something that showed it exactly. I feel that it was very simple to do without a bunch of fuss. The artist wouldn't do what my son wanted, which was something simple but it did have color in it. The artist drew up something that was way more than my son wanted and claimed he couldn't make it look good any other way. My son refused to do what the artist wanted so he settled for something less than he really wanted in his tattoo. When it was all said and done, they charged my son $200 for a tat that should have probably cost less than $100 because of its size and the fact that it had no color in it. I personally was disappointed in the results and felt that he was WAY overcharged. read more
