Postnet is screwing the customer! USPS should sanction Postnet! Further, in the past a few times I tried them for a Fedex shipment. They post that they provide Fedex services. Again, here, they do not provide me with Fedex boxes, but a true Fedex office does. And they charge more for a shipment than a true Fedex office does. Screwing the customer. Fedex should sanction Postnet!

Our aluminum business suddenly exploded overnight due to the damage in our area from Hurricane Ian. We were totally overwhelmed! No one offered a place for me to put the boxes down and I am not a strong woman. Finally I went to put my three boxes on the counter. But because my arms were so weak from holding them so long, I couldn't pull the boxes high enough to reach the counter. They hit the side of the counter and I fell onto the ground, along with all my boxes. The manager just walked away. They hardly spoke to me or acknowledged me while they rang up my items. No apologies and it all could have been avoided if someone had just acknowledged me and showed me where I could put down my boxes. I'm still shaking while I write this review in the parking lot.
