I hired Grapevine Communications in the hope of improving my website and resolving issues with my Google Business profile. While they were initially accommodating and willing to adjust on pricing, the process quickly became frustrating. The final website was underwhelming compared to what I already had, both visually and structurally. Despite months of effort, Grapevine was unable to resolve my suspended Google Business profile, which another company was ultimately able to restore within 48 hours. Beyond the results, communication was a major challenge. I even had to involve a third party as a liaison just to smooth over interactions. At times, the CEO herself was dismissive and rude, and accountability for delays and failures was often shifted onto external factors instead of being owned directly. When I shared my honest review, I was met not with professionalism but with retaliation. Negative reviews suddenly appeared on my own business profile, written by individuals tied to Grapevine who have never been my clients. Attempts to resolve this through direct dialogue were unsuccessful, as the compromise I proposed was rejected and the retaliatory behavior escalated. In my view, the mark of a company is not just the work it produces, but how it handles challenges and criticism. My experience with Grapevine left me disappointed on both counts. read more

They are terrific (and what a pleasure to get to write a glowing review instead of a flame)! Not only did they print my scores according to my specifications, but the quality of the work was superb. Co-owner Steve gave me a tour of their extensive facilities, and they can print literally anything! Most of the staff has been there for over 20 years, which is a huge vote of confidence. Another project I discussed with Steve was their ability to print softcover books for me. I don't like to keep inventory, and most printers want to make a killing on small quantity jobs where they want to charge me MORE than what I can sell them for retail, which is an obvious non-starter. PCP can do small runs where I can make a reasonable margin, and it is great to find this kind of capability in a local firm - I usually have to find someone out of state. I had three sets of previous PDFs that I had to use, which turned out to have several small mistakes with the potential for large negative consequences. Gordon helped me get the PDFs uploaded. And Theresa and I spent time going over each proof one at time to get everything "right". After a few glitches and a steep learning curve, the signs came out perfectly marked and corrected.
