Paul the owner was the person who took my order, very quick, efficient and the work was done in a few days. I was able to pick the size, font, color and where I wanted it. Paul showed me what it would look like and made sure I was happy with it. I payed cash however they accept major cc's. Plenty of parking in the front and the establishment has different samples of other types of embroidery designs they offer for companies. Postnet is screwing the customer! USPS should sanction Postnet! Further, in the past a few times I tried them for a Fedex shipment. They post that they provide Fedex services. Again, here, they do not provide me with Fedex boxes, but a true Fedex office does. And they charge more for a shipment than a true Fedex office does. Screwing the customer. Fedex should sanction Postnet!
