I am the Marketing Director for a robotics software company and I have done many trade shows in my career. This year, I started with a new company just a few months before the show started, so it was a heavy lift for me.
The first matter of business was finding an exhibit provider to do the front of our booth (the reception area.) My new company had a firm budget. I got quotes from other companies and their fees were disgraceful. Many full-service design houses who offered a package deal... One had $12k for administrative fees alone... but my company does not have money to throw away. Nor should any smart business just throw money away. After getting a few bids, I didn't think it was possible for us to have a beautiful booth and we only had a month before the show. I spent an evening Googling down a rabbit hole and I found Exhibit Experience. There was a section on their site called Affordable Exhibits.
Talked to Andrii B. at EE the next day and this man got it done in no time at all. I told him my budget and what I needed, I told him we couldn't go over budget and that I didn't want any frills... just the pieces and someone to set it up. Oksana M. was also great as a project manager. She was fast and responsive and kept me on track with deadlines.

EE did not charge me a DIME over what they quoted me. And that is why EE is the only exhibit provider I will ever go with.*
Fast forward to event setup and execution.
Jason D. was head of the install team. He brought Maurico G., Ivan R., Dylan C., Derick L. to build the booth. They were so friendly and fast, organized and helpful. The B-Matrix? Stunning. They did all the finishing touches to make the material so tight, it looked like a wall. Only people with years of experience can build like that.
Jason and his team checked in with me repeatedly to make sure everything went smoothly... Andrii checked in with me at the show, too, to make sure I was happy. I can't think of a thing I could have improved. A perfect experience from start to finish.
Is EE reliable when its crunch time? Yes. Will EE work within your budget? Yes. Will EE try to overcharge you? Absolutely not.
Andrii, Jason and the crew are honest, hardworking people and their work is beautiful! 5 stars, 10/10! There are still good companies out there and EE is truly one of them.
