The service over the last two years has really declined. It seems to be nothing but high school students now, or employees that don't know a lot about what they're doing. My truck was towed after a deer hit by Southside Towing of Bemidji upon the request of Hubbard…read moreCounty Sheriff's Department. I did not request the tow because I planned on retrieving the truck the following day and it was off the road and out of harms way. Once I figured out the truck was towed by Southside Towing I checked their website and determined they were closed on the weekend. I called Monday morning to ask about the bill and they stated it was $825 to tow the truck 23 miles. Southside stated that is the cost of doing business. Horrible customer service and very rude as well as being extremely overcharged. I would not recommend this business to anyone!!
