I am in debt to Executive Embroidery! I ordered a line jacket at the very last minute, literally a week from the event I needed it for and THEY GOT IT DONE! Although the front desk employee didn't know anything about fonts or colors, I was able to place my order 4 days before and have it rush ordered which was ONLY $15 which is supposed to be the minimum. I was expecting to pay $30-40 for rush. I lucked out that they had finished a lot of orders prior to mine so they had more time to make sure mine was done by friday of the week I ordered. My review of the quality of the work is as follows: - The jacket itself must've been a men's size small, but it didn't really matter to me as long as the jacket wasn't faded or stitches were coming out. None. there was a cool chest pocket and the pockets on the front were not stitched over. - the stitching was fine considering I ordered silver threading for a lot of the stitching which is a difficult thread to work with so I appreciated it! - None of the placements were crooked or half-assed. all double stitched finely and no hanging threads which I hate. - The guy didn't double check with me when I was in the store which fonts for which areas so he had to call me to ask what font to use for the sleeves. I think I wanted a Serif font but HE HAD NO IDEA. So I used Times New Roman as a reference and he asked his boss what was the closest. We ended up with Brussels (he denied that i could find what it looked like on google but I know my fonts) and a script font for all the other stitching on the chest and line name. - The Letters for the left chest were nice and big and not crooked and were very pressed. Good Job - The scroll #'s were as big as they could get for the price which I appreciated since the guy ASKED if I'd like to get my money's worth. No Duh. ---- Overall, I believe the Big Boss has all the say and experience for the quality stitching work. If you come in during a busy period time, let's say spring quarter --DO NOT COME IN WHEN BUSY or your order will be done just to be finished. Ask when they expect to have less orders so yours can be focused on. Everyone says I lucked out but hey at least my order got done the way I wanted it. I know what quality stitching and placement looks like and I admit that i lucked out on that :) read more

I came here because one of my friends referred me here. She received a discount so I wanted to give it a shot. I just needed one sweater to have letters placed on it. The sweater was purchased separately so I couldn't do it online. When I came here they were very helpful and nice. It is pricey so I suggest ordering sweatshirts online. I placed my order more than 2 weeks from the day I needed it. They said they were going to call me once it was done. They never did. I called them on the 2 weeks mark (Tuesday) and they told me that they were a week behind and that my sweatshirt wasn't going to be done in time. However, I was guaranteed that it was going to be done in time when I placed the order. They said they will try to get it done as soon as possible. I called again the next day (Wednesday) following up on the order. They still haven't done it. I requested for a refund and that's when they told me that it was going be done the following afternoon (Thursday) and they would call me back. I called back the following afternoon (Thursday), they told it wasn't done yet and I can pick it up 10am the following day (Friday). I came in at 12pm on Friday to pick it up and they still haven't finished it. They made me wait another hour until it was done. I would not recommend this to anyone. Really bad customer service and extremely unorganized. I went here to get a jacket embroidered 3 weeks prior to an event that I needed it for. They misled me into believing that they would get it done a day before the event and even wrote down the date as I paid them. On the day it was supposed to be done, I did not receive any calls from them. I decided to call them myself and the guy on the phone sounded so confused and just apologized because they were "behind" and have a lot of orders. I drove there with the intention of getting a refund . I arrived and asked for my order form and they couldn't even find it for like 20 minutes. When they finally found it, they apologized yet again and told me that they would get it done an hour before the event. I was a fool for believing them again because the next day I called them and they didn't even touch my order, so I drove back there, got my refund and left feeling pretty angry and irritated. I was responsible for setting up the event located in Sacramento, so I didn't have time to deal with them. Funny thing is, my friend came here to get a sweater done a week after me and she was able to get it completed by the time of the event. read more

Yikes! Really really bad customer service.....not sure how long the process for production works, however, I finally got so frustrated waiting on a quote that I just cancelled all. 30 days for a quote?!? I was only trying to get 12 tshirts and 6 vests! I would have been okay if they had warned be about timeline, but they just kept stringing me along... Extremely frustrated because they seemed to have no problem with doing so. I guess it's good to be so busy that you can blatantly disregard "smaller" customers? Worst experience ever. I really didn't want to deal with ordering greek sweatshirts online since the last time I did, it was horrible (greekave.com). So I knew of people at Davis who came here and have always said it was expensive but I decided to give it a shot anyways. Parking: not much parking. I parked on the street where there was next to none but I didn't see any parking lots or anything. My order: 6 sweatshirts came out to be almost 4 hundred total. One sweatshirt with all the embroidery was almost 100 each! whoa!! not worth it. Problems: 1. I had to change my order because of some unforeseen circumstance. I called in, lady said she would have to charge me the restocking fee (which she didn't know the price of either). So I said fine, i'll keep the shirt but cancel the embroidery. She said that'll be okay since they haven't done anything except cut out the letters. I asked if i need to call back to make sure if it's okay and she said no. 2. The day it was supposed to be done, they didn't give me a call. So I called and they said it'll be done at the end of the day. I couldn't pick it up at that time so I picked it up Friday. 3. I came in and noticed that the sweater I cancelled the embroidery for was EMBROIDERED! I asked the owner and he called the lady who answers the phone. She showed him the note she wrote for the canceling of the embroidery. He saw it and all he could say was oh I can try to take out the embroidery and embroider over it (it'll look ugly), or give you credit. He said he'll call me that day to tell me what he'll do. So he took the sweater and another problem was they left glue or heat marks all over the pink letters!! He said it'll wash off but I knew it wouldn't. 4. He didn't call me that day. Or the next week. So i came in and lady said he went out hunting!! So I couldn't talk to him but the lady said she'll make a note and make sure he calls me. 5. He never calls me and doesn't for another week. So I go in on the third week and was going to demand my money. I saw a few girls in there placing a order. I spoke with a lady and another man outside that he never gave me a call. She went to talk to him and she came back with a check for the sweatshirt. He didn't include the tax and underpaid me back so he had to write another check. What I didn't like was that he didn't even say sorry. If there weren't other customers outside, I bet he would've tried to bargain with me and not pay me. I left with my check and will never ever go back there. He was rude, bad customer service from him, and everything is overpriced! read more

I never had trouble with them with my orders. They always try to work with me and made sure that i'm happy with what i'm paying. Last year, I had at least 4 orders for them to do by the end of the week. It was my fault for bringing it in hella last minute, but they made my orders perfect! I was really afraid that it wasn't going to be done on time for formals. Since it was my first time getting sweaters and shirts embroidered, the lady was extremely helpful to me and helped me pick out the colors, the stitching, and the fonts and explained to me how it would look like. Everything went well and they called me a day early that my order was ready! YAY! no more stress! The second time I went back was this past spring in May. Again, because I lagged on ordering sweaters and shirts to get them embroidered, I just had to pray that they would take my order and finish it by the end of the week for formals!! I came in on a Friday afternoon and formals was a week away. I thought they were going to charge me a rush order fee, but they didn't! YAY!! I wanted to order a hoodie and a plain shirt from them but they didn't sell them and had to order them from a different company. I didn't know how long that would take and I needed my order to be done by the end of the week for formals!! ahh it was very stressful! i thought i learned my lesson the 1st time around, i guess i didn't learn =( I brought in a pair of shorts to have them embroidered. The very same lady helped me with my order. Since i was so indecisive, she was extremely helpful and very patient with me. I had to come back in later that day to bring in another shirt to have them embroidered. She took my order and promised me that it would be ready in a week. By Wednesday I got a call from Executive Embroidery that my order was ready! i went over there to pick it up and was very satisfy with the shirt and shorts! I'll definitely come back here if i need them to embroider anymore clothing! read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS BUSINESS. The quality is poor in both their work AND their customer service!! If I knew of a different place to go to in the area to order apparel and things like this, I would go in a heartbeat. This place is terrible. First, I came in to get a a greek-style embroidered shirt. I was told that it would be finished in 10 business days. It was not. It took almost 3 weeks to finish my shirt. When I finally received my shirt (though I didn't receive a call at all that it was completed), it was not completed to my specifications and was poorly made. I took it back in to complete the embroidery and I was told it would be finished in a week. Three weeks later, I still had not received a call that it was finished. After going in to see if it had been finished, my piece had been completely overlooked and it had not even been started! I was told that it would be finished two days later (this friday). I don't have high hopes that it will be finished by then. Unfortunately, I had already paid up front for the services. It was overpriced and poorly done. read more

We ordered seven t-shirts for the Komen cancer walk one week before the race date. They were READY in 3 days, TWO if you don't count Sunday - and they were PERFECT. Patrick helped us with the design, and the style and size of t-shirts (women's, men's and a toddler). We received many compliments from other racers.
