I want to give ZERO stars. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, read the bad reviews and save yourself the grief. Juan was my salesman. The check engine light was on when I test drove it, it was also on on the second car I test drove. We discussed, he checked the code and told me what it was and said their mechanics would take care of it. That was in July... many calls, drops ins because he has caller ID and would ignore my calls so I began using different phone numbers or blocking my number. I would up having to invest about $3k into it and one of the issues could not be found. I would be driving and suddenly all the dash lights began blinking, my windshield wipers began going, a dinging sound and I found out my headlights were flashing. I finally found if I hit the display cover with my fist it would stop. I had it in the shop SOOO often... my co workers would say: Again?! Save yourself stress and money. All bad. read more

I went and looked at one truck that wasn't exactly what I was looking for and after 2 weeks of looking and walking off of other lots I came back to look at a tundra that I ended up buying. My credit is faaaar from perfect, and it was a second auto loan, all things that other dealers would even attempt. *update... I raised my stars to 2 because they FINALLY paid off my lien on the car they had for over 2 & 1/2 months. Kudos that they FINALLY did the right thing. So I highly recommend that you do not ever buy anything from these people. My son bought a truck from them back in October and traded in his car / my car, and they still have not paid off the loan, I am getting late notices from the bank, they are jacking up my credit, and they are very poor business people, I am going to sue them if they do not get that car paid off in 5 days. I am going to find out everyone I need to contact to pursue this infraction. I am very pissed and this is very poor salesmanship. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and I will contact whoever is in charge of all the auto dealerships. I am very mad and I am Relentless and they are going to be very sorry if they don't pay that car off within 5 days. I recommend you never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever consider buying a car from these people. They have been very difficult to work with and are behaving unscrupulously right now. *BEWARE* Before buying a vehicle from this place make sure you do your due diligence. Buying a vehicle from this dealership has been the biggest nightmare ever. I purchased a 2008 Ford F-250 from Executive Image this past February. I started noticing a fluttering noise followed by smoking from under the hood A COUPLE OF HOURS after I purchased the vehicle. I immediately contacted Executive Image and they told me to take it back overnight while they would diagnose and repair the problem. The following day, they called me to to tell me that the truck was ready and that their was a loose fitting that had to be re-tightened. I picked up the vehicle and a couple of days later I was experiencing the same problem. I immediately took the truck to the dealership so Juan (the gentleman who sold me the vehicle) could see that truck was smoking and was also making a funny noise. Upon arriving, He refused to look at the vehicle and told me to contact their corporate office in Colton. I was shocked by his refusal to help or even acknowledge the problem. I contacted the corporate office and they told me to bring it to their shop so they can check out the problem. I took it to the shop and they informed me that that they had to remove the DPF filter and take it to get baked to remove all the contaminants in the filter. I left the vehicle there for a couple of days and was looking forward for the truck to be fully functional, although it was a great inconvenience. Once I picked up the truck, I immediately noticed that the check engine light was on and the smoke from under the hood was seeping through the A/C ducts. I was fed up! I took it to my personal mechanic and he immediately noticed that Executive Image accidentally fried the DPF sensor and that the problem was not fixed. I took a picture of the fried sensor and immediately forward it to Jeff, the manager. He was very apologetic and said that he would forward my problem with Warren (the owner). I asked him to pay for the mechanical expenses but he never responded back. A couple of weeks later, The Turbo went out on the truck. I called them to voice my frustration but they referred me to the warranty company that would handle my claim. I took the truck to my mechanic and their insurance adjuster went to look at the vehicle. The warranty company refused to cover the turbo ( approximately $7k) because they determined that it was a pre-existing condition and that the Executive Image was liable for the repairs. I immediately tried to contact the dealer but was given the run-around. I tried calling from multiple phone numbers because they were trying to avoid my calls, text messages, and emails. A couple of days later, Warren called to apologize and I asked him to help cover all of the costs. He was sympathetic to my frustration up to the point to when I told him that the repair was $7k. He did, however, offer to help but would not commit to a dollar amount. He told me that he would follow up with me. Approximately a week later, after I paid the $7k out of my own pocket, I heard a knocking sound coming from the engine. I took it my mechanic and left it there for a couple of days. A couple of days later, the mechanic informed me that the engine had lost compression and that truck would need an engine overhaul. I immediately contacted the warranty company and filed another claim hoping that it would not be another "pre-existing condition". After the warranty company sent another claims adjuster to the mechanic shop, they determined that the engine was covered under the warranty claim that I purchased. However, the warranty company would only pay half of the total costs. I am currently in the hole for approximately $20k which is approximately how much I purchased my truck. I PAID $20K OUT OF MY OWN POCKET. I had the truck in my possession for approximately 2 months of a total of 8 months from the purchase date. I have been paying the truck note and insurance on this vehicle. These clowns refuse to answer my call or reply to the numerous emails and text messages. I will be pursuing legal action against them. If you are considering buying a vehicle from Executive Image, please be aware that if their is a problem with your vehicle (even after purchasing the extended warranty) they will duck and dodge-- leaving you to pay all repairs. My client purchased a Ford F250 which immediately had mechanical issues. Tried everything to have them repair it and they made matters worst. Client even purchased extended warranty. Extended warranty company admitted the car had serious mechanical problems but adjuster reported they were preexisting issues not disclosed by Owner. Warren Scheibe. DMV Investigations, Occupational License Unit. BBB, Hemet license department are now aware of this and will investigate. They refuse to answer calls or even attempt to settle. Dealers like this must be out of business. Five star for Paul the salesman, Sold me a time bomb. In January '17, I bought a '06 F350, I bought it for a tow rig, In April I only put 1200 mile on the truck, started overheating, EGR cooler/sensor went out, Pulled turbo and it was bad, found a piece of metal in the intake, spend $4500 to get fixed. Drove it for a week and the high pressure oil pump went out, then 3 injectors were bad (replaced them all. Another $4500 plus. Truck runs great now. All they text me was " Don't know what to tell you" Well I would never recommend them for a used vehicle again. Their mechanic knew the problems and that's not cool they sell a $25k truck and only get 1200 miles and have to put almost 10k to drive it. But no stars for the owner or manager. Bought a Z06 Corvette from them over a month and a half ago at their riverside location. Bought it cash. They even brought it up to the Hesperia lot since I live in the high Desert. That was nice. But now I am still waiting for them to send me my plates and registration that they say they have and would send up to the Hesperia lot and said they would call. Still waiting for them to call. Even after I've called they keep telling me they will call when they are ready for pick up. Bottom line is that I keep getting the runaround for something that I should have already had. You would think after spending $27k cash. They would at least get back to me, as I said still waiting for them to call now after two days. Just can't recommend them at this point due to lack of service. read more

WORST PLACE TO BUY ANY VEHICLE..... To make a long story short, I went into this place and purchased a truck, The very next day after leasing this vehicle my wife was out shopping and when she tried to start the truck, it WOULD NOT START, I go over there with my mechanic buddy and we try to jump the vehicle thinking it was a battery issue, NOT ONLY WAS THE BATTERY IN THE VEHICLE DEAD , but THE STARTER WAS BAD! We ended up having to knock it to start, i call the dealer and he says to bring it up there, btw his name is juan.... anyways he says bring it up there and he will see whats wrong, THE BATTERIES WERE DEAD , THE BATTERY CABLE WAS CORRODED ABOUT HALFWAY DOWN, AND THE STARTER WAS OUT. Not only this but THE DEALERSHIP NEVER CONDUCTED A SAFETY INSPECTION ON THE VEHICLE WHICH WOULD HAVE RESOLVED ALL THE ISSUES. The tread on the tire was below the required tread depth for the state of California. By law the dealership is supposed to complete a safety inspection on all the vehicles before they sell them. The dealer also gave me this bullcrap, "the car is 27,000 but ill let it go to you for 22,000 since im gonna hit my 45 day mark on the vehicle" THE VEHICLE WAS LISTED FOR 22,000 online so HE IS A LIAR AND MANIPULATIVE, eventually he calls me in and says AFTER THESE ISSUES WERE BROUGHT UP, "O yah im sorry sir but you were not approved for the vehicle. THIS MAN LET ME AND MY WIFE DRIVE OFF THE LOT THINKING WE WERE APPROVED SO HE LIED AGAIN! Obviously i filled the tank up when i bought it , cost me 85$ so i asked will i get my 85$ back or at least some of it and he refuses so now he is taking food out of my family's mouth, so i filled the tank up for the dealer. I personally witnessed their lies ( repairs,recalls,dmv)please do your research on this business before you buy from them . People may be very friendly and loyal at first but they sure contradicted themselves.
