Booked for a friend of mine and he came out looking fantastic! Super nice people too . They also do nice beard trims too

Erin is great! She gave me exactly what I asked for, also reasonably priced and convenient

I recently moved closer to Atlanta and I've been really missing my monthly haircut at Mr. Haircut in Athens (funny name, _awesome_ barbers). I tried Great Clips last month out of desperation and, of course, I regretted it immediately afterwards. This placed is kind of tucked away in the "downtown" Suwanee area. Parking is free and usually open. Upon walking in I was greeted warmly by the owner and two other barbers and I noticed that the decor (not always important) was definitely sporty and appropriately "babershoppy". The place looked super clean - which is always a plus. My barber/stylist (I don't have a lot of hair to "style) was Brittany and she was immediately super friendly yet professional. She paid attention to my preferences during the whole cut and took her time as good barbers do. Though I wasn't expecting it I received a neck shave after the cut. I'll definitely be getting that again. I just wished they shaved faces! My cut looked good as it should have. All said, the cut and shave was $18 (not including tip). Very fair, especially for the quality people/place. I saw on their website that they offer a $2 off coupon to new folks, but I forgot to print it out before I left work! Oh well. I also hear they take appointments though I just walked in. Though I'm sad to leave Mr. Haircut behind in Athens, I'm super glad to have such a great barbershop to visit each month. read more

I am a true fan of the ideal of "The Barber Shop." I grew up getting my haircut at the local barber shop and having that experience in my formative years has never left me. Now, I must admit that during the New Wave 80s teen years, I did stray and go the see a stylists friend of mine, but we all have had a few fashion faux pas - right? Anyway, after moving from Tucker to Suwanee, I had to make the trip back over there to Murph's (60s style barber shop) to get my hair cut right. Not a huge deal, but somewhat inconvenient. Well, Murph retired and closed up shop recently, so where to go?. Thank goodness I found Executive Barber Shop in Suwanee. Here you can get a truly old school style barber shop haircut, done the right way. I have to say that Brittany is just as good as Murph, and I mean that as a sincere compliment because Murph knew my head like the back of his hand and was always perfect. Well guess what? Brittany is too. After three cuts, she knew exactly how I wanted (the first & second cuts were good) and I obviously kept going back, but now - spot on perfection each time. This shop stays busy so call to make an appointment to guarantee yourself a spot. and for one guy that stated in another review on Google about being turned away... I scheduled an appointment and missed it, showed up 45 minutes late, and still was served with a smile so I'm not so sure about that. Bottom line--- if you want a 5 Star Haircut, pay Executive Barber Shop a visit. read more

Go and see Erin she does a great job and really knows her stuff! Been there twice and she has knocked it out of the park. I am very picky when it comes to a hair cut and would totally recommend her to anyone! read more

Best haircut in Gwinnett. The hot lather neck shave is a man's favorite indulgence. This is a man's barber shop with plenty of sports talk. Packer and Bears fans, this is your new home. read more

Ask for Erin. She is a great hairstylist and very funny. She will make you look good.

This place is great! The ladies are a blast! They are loud and fun! I went in and Caron took care of me. It was my first visit, and I had my haircut, beard trim/shape and hot shave...it was awesome! The prices are really good! Everything for me was $50. I definitely recommend you call to get an appointment...they are SLAMMED! The place itself is really cool. Memorabilia everywhere, tvs, comfy chairs and I can't say enough about the staff. They interact with their clients and all have so much fun. I will definitely be back! read more

Ever since I moved here to the Atlanta area, I have been looking for someone to cut my hair regularly. I went to one of the chain places because it was close to where I lived, but time and time again, they would mess up my hair. I have visited the Suwanee Town Green/Town Center area many times and saw Executive Barbers. I decided to give them a try. Brian was an excellent barber. He took his time, cut everything the right way, and checked to make sure it was done the way I wanted. I saw the hot lather neck shave being done on the gentleman next to me, and I just had to see what it was all about. It's truly the way to go. I will be returning to Executive Barbers in the future. The conversation and atmosphere was great - those are hard to find. Plus, Jasper (Brian's dog) is an added bonus. From one guy to the rest out there, don't waste your time looking for another chain place, salon or barber shop. This place is the real deal. You'll be glad you went here for your hair cut! read more

Good haircuts, but don't expect friendly or remotely warm service. Steve, the owner, is quite nice but unfortunately the rest of the staff are short and sometimes abrasive. The haircuts themselves are consistently good so I keep coming back knowing I'm not paying for any kindnesses. read more

Been going here for 10 years. It's a barber shop as it should be. No hipster B.S., reasonable prices, with great service.

Britney is the best finally found someone who can cut my hair the way I like. Recommend this to anyone looking for a new barber.

Moved to area a year ago and unable to find a barber till I found this place. Bit of drive but well worth it. Says appointment not needed but I would say it is..they suggested it when I walked in. That was another huge plus, they work on appointments I did not have one and they still took care of me. read more

Cut my hair exactly the way I've wanted to have it. Highly recommended and I think I have found myself a new barber to go to.

AWESOME BARBER SHOP! Caron has been cutting my hair for three years and is the best barber I've ever had.

We take my almost 3 year old here and they are fantastic. It's a great haircut, they are patient with my little boy, and the price is on point too. Overall, we love these guys! read more

This place has a great atmosphere and talented staff. I would highly recommend making an appointment as they stay fairly busy, but walk-ins are welcome. The dog that sleeps in the chair nearest the door adds to the sense of familiarity and comfort I have come to enjoy here. read more

Not for out of towners!! Not military friendly...very rude, short, FYI appointments only. They need to brush up on some southern hospitality! read more

awful absolutely awful. cut my neck with the straight razor and i was bleeding a lot when i got home. then cut off my sideburns without me asking and doesn't know how to do a fade.at all. not to mention how rude they were. do not go here ever read more

Always a great haircut & conversation with Steve. And the hot lather neck shave can't be beat! Best barbershop around.

Cuts are good, but not consistent. In addition the turnover while my husband was going was disappointing. They had to cancel our appointment due to an emergency and didn't give a chance to reschedule. When I called to book again they were very rude. Too bad, its hard to find a good shop. read more

These stylist actually know how to cut hair with scissors, imagine that! In this generation of machine clippers these barbers are a rare breed. I moved here 7 months ago and I never thought finding a barber shop would be so difficult. I went through four different places until I found this great place. Sure, I pay a lot more than what I was used to [$20 but I used to pay$10 but $20 is the norm around here], but it's more painful to pay for something you absolutely don't like. I was getting ready to simply shave my head (luckily I have options) but this place saved my sanity. I walked in with no appointment and that was fine..and they also have the options to make one if i wanted too. I had my haircut with Britney and she'll take care of you too. Great place! read more

I've been here a few times now and there's a reason I keep coming back. They do a wonderful job and enjoy what they do. And I'm always happy to support a local business rather than a chain. Thank you Karen! read more

Steve is among the best! He has been my barber for about 10 years and always gets it right. He offers a level of service that is uncommon now. I can walk in, sit down, and Steve knows exactly what needs to be done. I moved away from Georgia a few months ago, and it has been very difficult finding a new barber. Since that time, I have found every reason I can to return. I highly recommend Executive Barbers. read more
