Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport

Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport

My husband and I decided to do a sort of pseudo road trip through Wisconsin and the surrounding…read morearea, but instead of driving all the way back home, we eventually flew out through Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport. For a smaller regional airport, it honestly made a very good impression on us. One thing I found interesting is that despite being called an "international" airport, Austin Straubel mainly serves regional and domestic travel throughout the Midwest, though it does occasionally handle international charter and seasonal flights. The airport itself is named after Austin Straubel, the first Brown County resident killed during World War II, which adds a small historical layer many travelers probably don't realize while passing through. The airport was clean, organized, and extremely easy to navigate. In many ways, it reminded us a lot of our home airport in Sioux Falls -- Sioux Falls Regional Airport, or FSD as locals usually call it. Smaller airports like these may not have the giant terminals and endless amenities of places like O'Hare or DFW, but honestly, there is something refreshing about being able to get through security quickly, find your gate without walking five miles, and not feel completely overwhelmed by crowds. Traffic inside the airport was fairly light during our visit, and there weren't many planes moving through at the time, which made the experience feel relaxed and low stress. There honestly isn't a dramatic amount to say about the airport itself, but perhaps that's part of the compliment. Everything simply worked smoothly. And after enough years of travel, my husband and I have learned to deeply appreciate airports that make life easier instead of harder.

A very cute small airport. It is extremely limited in food options or shopping.....but they will…read morehave a few last minute options: GB Packers options, curds, and spotted cow beer for the plane.

just now New BUYER…read moreBEWARE... This company is untrustworthy and unprofessional. Booked for a bachelorette party bus and had the most frustrating experience. They operate under multiple phone numbers and possibly multiple names, which is already concerning and confusing but that's fine. At the end of the ride, the 2nd half of payment is due. When I asked about updating my card through the app!... the driver said he'd take care of it with Jake and took asked to take a photo of my card.. No credible company should ever request or handle payment information that way by taking pictures of your card! Because I trusted this company, both of my cards were charged for the 2nd half of payment over $800 total. I requested that only the original card be charged. Instead of resolving it, some dude named Jake called me 3x. I said I wanted to communicate through text so it was written. He called me multiple times, argued with me over text, and promised a refund to the card they took a picture of. As of now, I've had to open disputes with both banks. I let the owner know it was safe to charge the first card as I canceled the first dispuit and let the bank know it was legitimate. I asked them to just stop making charges on multiple cards. This business put me in a stressful, costly situation. No professional company should mishandle sensitive payment information, double-charge a customer, or fail to follow through on promised refunds. In today's economy, no one can afford to have $800 tied up due to a company's negligence. For your safety, security, and peace of mind DO NOT trust this company with your business. Obviously my fault for allowing them to take my info. and trusting the word of some sweet old unsuspecting man. But when you're wasted at the end of a party bus you want to trust that the company you're spending over $1k with can be trusted and this is not them. Avoid the headache

Tina was great to work with! Great prices, great communication, and a great experience! Thank you,…read moreTina! Highly Recommend!

Dear Limo service lovers, I have nothing but great…read morethings to say about TNT limo service in Menasha Wisconsin! I have used this service repeatedly and each time I am very pleased with the promptness and courtesy involved. Prices are extremely reasonable and you will not find a nicer driver/chauffer than Tina!!!! The limo itself is very nice and here is just a fine example of dedication and reliability. Check out this quick story of mine. On August 16th, 2013, Tina picks me and my party up from Kaukauna Wisconsin to go to Tinley park Illinois (south of Chicago) for the Black Sabbath concert reunion. Everything is going fine...then in Racine on I-94, the heater hose system failed and antifreeze was blowing out. Now this happens to anyone or any vehicle. It was a manufacturers design issue due to plastic parts from the factory..... The Limo is very well cared for. At any rate, Tina finds ( after much trying in the yellow pages) that no one is willing to come get us (rental cars including enterprise, cabs, even people off the street to drive her back up to Mitchel field airport in Milwaukee for an offered $100 cash so she can rent a car to finish driving us there). She has only one concern....getting us there and on time to the show. She is not concerned about the fact that her very nice limo is stuck far from a car mechanic. Suddenly, after she talks to the semi mechanic at the truck stop we are at who informs her he cannot legally work on the limo, does he offer up a quick fix and what does Tina do? She stuffs a $100 bill in his shirt pocket and we are on our way!!!!! We were there for 30-40 minutes and I thought the $1400 I spent on the tickets, and the fee for the Limo were all for not....but not only did Tina come thru, she gets us all the way to the venue which was near Joliet (almost to Indiana) and we walk to our seats and after about one minute, the show starts and Ozzy is standing right in front of me!!! This only happened because of Tina and TNT limo and their dedication....not to mention the fine gentleman who fixed this problem. I am telling you, if you want a quality ride with professional service from people who care, your only choice should be....TNT limousine service in Menasha Wisconsin. So to all you out there who are reading this from other states who will be flying in in the future to Green Bay or Appleton or Oshkosh, Fond du lac etc....call them at (920) 725-4665. You will not be disappointed...or better yet...late! I love TNT limo and so should you! Sincerely, Norm Benedict
