We recently spent two nights here when we were in town for a Packers game (Go Pack Go!), and I would stay here again. Our room was small but clean, and it was well-equipped with a flat-screen tv, fridge, microwave, and relatively comfortable bed. It is conveniently located near major highways, and price-wise it is very reasonable compared to some of the rates other motels charge during home-game weekends. The doors and trim are painted green and gold, which earns the motel some charm points compared to the chain motels in the area.
One downside: There is no smoking in any of the rooms (not a problem for me, even though I am a smoker), but because of that we were treated to a 2:00am dispute between an owner and one of the guests about the guest smoking in the bathroom. Because the walls were so thin we were able to hear every word of the argument pretty clearly. So, besides the thin walls this place met our needs with comfortable accommodations and convenient location. read more
