Execucar Did Not Show Up To Drive Us To The Airport ExecuCar Booking Confirmation #3883082/3883083 Our car service never showed up on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 4:45am as scheduled. I called at 4:50am & was told they didn't have a driver to pick us up & that they were waiting until 5am to call us to let us know! Shouldn't they have called at 4:30am? I also received an e-mail confirmation, a telephone confirmation & a text confirmation. I told him to cancel the trip as we had a flight to catch! We ended up having to drive ourselves! Then we get a call tonight, Sunday, February 28, asking if we still need our ride home as the driver was there at the airport?! There was no record for the dispatch to know that Execucar did not show up to bring us to the airport! This is just poor customer service all around. We want a FULL REFUND immediately since the charge was already on our credit card! read more

I have had used this service in the past and the drivers have friendly and reliable, but the web site is a hot mess and the call center is willing but unhelpful. First of all, I was assigned a pickup time based on someone's algorithm. I have arthritis so I need additional time to get around the airport. I tried to change the pickup time on the web site (and the app) but there was no way to do so short of cancelling and rebooking. on my way out, my plane was delayed and I started getting texts telling me where my driver would be located. I texted back (even though the text had said not to) saying the plane was delayed, thinking the dispatcher would keep an eye on time time we finally took off, but no. I landed to find that my driver had been continually calling me while I was in the air. i began to worry about my return trip (which was the algorithm booked with a late time slot) almost as soon as I landed because of this. When I called a couple of days in advance to change the time, the call center was unable to make the change and told me to call back 24 hours in advance. I did so, and the call center operator tried calling the local dispatcher, but my pickup time could not be moved. She suggested cancelling it and rebooking, but this was the return leg of a previously booked trip, so rebooking would have cost me additional money. I have been unable to find a general manager for the entire execucar or even just the web site/app to complain and suggest changes, so I am warning others here. 1. Pay attention to the time they assign you for pickup. If it isn't right for you, cancel and rebook AT THAT TIME. 2. If your plane is late keep texting to them after they initially contact you so your driver does not show up, wait and then leave before you can get to them. 3. Don't rely on being able to change your pickup time from the app or web site EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS YOU CAN. You will need to cancel and rebook, and lie about the flight time in order to change the pickup time. These days, I'm thinking it's worth the extra money to Uber or Lyft. read more

I booked an 'premium sedan' online and received confirmation both in an email receipt and a text. A super shuttle showed up to pick me up 15 minutes before my designated time. They tried calling me but I missed the calls so the driver left. Driver ended up coming back. Told him I booked an ExecuCar, said he had no idea. Great reliable company. read more

Definitely very professional, and made me feel like a million bucks without having to pay a million bucks! Of course I was traveling for business, so I didn't have to pay for anything, but still. I don't travel often, and this was actually my first business trip, so I was a little worried about finding a cab in an unfamiliar city and getting to and from the airport and my hotel on time. So my boss approved this service, since it really wasn't that much more than a taxi, according to the taxi website! And it's so super easy! You make your reservations online, and give them your flight information and phone number, and when you arrive they text you to let you know where to meet them. It's so awesome and easy and it was great to know that I had a for sure to the airport! Going back, I just set up a pickup at my hotel and the driver was there right on time. Both were super pleasant and personable and the cars were immaculate. On my arrival, my first driver had cold bottled water in the trunk and that was fantastic, since planes are dehydrating. It's a little more than a taxi but really not much and it is so worth it if you want to get where you're going on time and in a professional manner! I would not hesitate to use them again! read more

Driver was waiting for me at the designated spot at the airport, we were quickly in his Suburban heading to my destination southeast of downtown. He navigated the detour that was in place on the parkway west very easily and was knowledgeable about the area where we were driving. Great service. On the return trip to the airport, the driver was waiting outside 5 minutes early. While he seemed not to be familiar with the area, we were soon on the parkway headed to downtown and then to the airport. Also great service. Absolutely awful. I used them a few years ago and they were terrible, so I stopped using them. With the Lyft/Uber driver shortage, I figured I'd give them another try. They picked up right where they left off. They left me stranded at the airport last night. I called them several times only to have them lie to me to tell me the driver was 10 minutes away. Last week myself and 3 of my co-workers came to Pittsburgh to attend a conference. We booked a limo to take us to the William Penn. We were all pretty tired from the flight and trying to acclimate to a new place. We were picked up by Ronald B., a very engaging, charismatic Pennsylvanian. Rather then just race us to the hotel to drop us, he asked if we would like to ride around the city to get some great views. Absolutely we did. He gave us a beautiful tour of the city, stopped at Duquesne for a walk around and to learn more about the city, as well as the gorgeous views. During the ride he provided us with a wealth of informational, both historical and current. We really enjoyed the background and the time he took to answer our questions and show us a great time. I used ExecuCar for two airport trips (to/from) in December. I had reserved a sedan, but I was sent an SUV for my trip to the airport. A nice surprise! It was a Chevrolet, very clean, courteous and well spoken driver, and he was on time. Also, he had an iPad mini that had all my flight information, which was very convenient. Coming back from the airport, however, was not a pleasant experience. My driver had been given the wrong information and went to a hotel instead of the airport. I waited for 30 minutes after getting my luggage for him to get to the airport. The only reason I waited instead of taking a cab was because I had already paid for the car. When my driver arrived, he was very kind and apologized profusely. The only complaint I have is he was quite chatty, which did not fare well after a 9-hour trip from San Francisco. Based on the two trips I had, I would recommend ExecuCar for infrequent, casual use. However, if you're on a tight schedule and can't afford having your car sent to the wrong location, I would recommend choosing a different car service. read more

Update: I got an email from the customer care department they will refund my parking expenses. Which I am very happy about because I wouldn't of had to pay for parking if the driver actually showed up and delivered the service I paid for. I am still waiting for the refund for the second trip, but I was told it was approved and should be refunded back in the next few days. I think the timing was a bit off considering this happened last Monday, but I am glad to get my money back and the fees incurred to be paid. read more
