He has seemingly a sixth sense in getting to the root of the problem, and incredible skill in addressing and alleviating issues. I've received the medical massage, and it is magic. He's a man of few words (or maybe I just talk too much), but has an incredibly warm spirit, and his professionalism and skill is honestly more than I ever thought I would find. I feel such relief in having visited him, and believe with his wide range of knowledge, abilities, and genuine care, he could benefit almost anyone.

He…read morewas so good that I left thinking 'how often can I fly back here from Los Angeles to see him'?!? I travel a lot. I've had massages all over the world and at the top spas in LA and various areas of the country. Hands down -- Robert is the best!!!! His group was scheduled for quick chair massages for our conference lunch hour at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. The 8 minutes I spent with him made such a difference that I asked if he could see me later today for a full hour massage. Not only did Robert make time to see me in his lovely Blue Ash area office, but it was the BEST ever!!! He has a lot of experience working with medical conditions and women with breast cancer treatment and reconstruction. While I came to him for shoulder and low back pain, he thoughtfully put towels under my shoulders while face down. Who does that?!?! It was so much more comfortable! He hit all my knots in my neck and shoulders and found other touch points that made me feel like a new woman. He is reasonably priced, covers a lot of body areas in just an hour, and has very comfortable warming pads for the table with thoughtful amenities like hair clips, music, lighting. Robert, thank you so much!! I'm referring all my friends to you!!!!

I've been seeing Don for about 6 months and I'm really happy with his service. He's very…read moreattentive--always asks about what problem areas I need worked on and what areas I want to avoid. I don't have any injuries or health concerns, but I am relatively athletic and experience regular muscle soreness and tightness. I really benefit from his massages and he's great as varying the intensity, based on what I've been working out that week. At my first appointment, he had me fill out a form describing my needs and levels of comfort with different types and areas of massage. He's a great communicator, which is so important. As the same time, he respects my need to disconnect from conversation and relax in quiet while I enjoy my massage. He's not overly chatty like other therapists I've had. But I do enjoy talking to him. He's an interesting and kind person. His office is convenient for those in the vicinity of the University of Cincinnati. It's in a private, quiet building, very relaxing. I've also had him come to my home for an in-house massage and that was great too. His pricing is really reasonable and he's been very flexible with my schedule. He texts me reminders and asks about any timing adjustments before each appointment. As a person with a full schedule, I really appreciate this.

She left the room multiple times to text and talk on the phone to who I'm guessing was her next client, the last twenty minutes of the massage she was on her phone with her 2:50pm appointment. When she came back to the room she rushed the last ten minutes of my massage and then rushed around to get ready for her next client. Told me my time was up and then left the curtain open while I changed into my clothes. I paid for my session and gave her a small tip because I have class but a younger me would have stiffed her.
