Datis was knowledgeable, professional, caring, skilled, and I honestly can't say enough good things. I have had many massages and I find that with each experience something is always lacking. I have had a therapeutic massage that was too clinical and at times painful, I have had the traveling massage therapist that will book an appointment to come to your home. and although the massage is pleasurable, the environment lacked ambiance, and special touches that really get you into "the zone." I have had relaxation massages in spa/salons in rooms that had pleasing aromatherapy, dim lighting, soft music etc, but the massages are impersonal, and feel the same every time. They are enjoyable but I didn't feel that my body benefited in any way. My experience with Queen City took all of my favorite elements of massage and combine them. Datis had a wonderful ambiance with elements for all five senses, I feel that he gave me a therapeutic massage without skimping on the relaxing and pleasurable aspects of massage, and he customized my experience incorporating special techniques to relieve pain and stiffness to my problem areas that we discussed and identified together before the massage. I feel that the price is super reasonable for what you get. The price was lower than most spas yet the massage was better. I am not a person that typically writes reviews good or bad, but in this situation I felt compelled to share my experience to help people like myself that REALLY enjoy massage, but can't quite find satisfaction in any one location or one therapist. read more

I must say that I was so very pleased by the exceptional skill of the massage therapist, Datis. I have been seeking a new therapist closer to where I live since my long-time therapist is no longer practicing in a convenient-enough location. I was truly impressed by, both, Datis' professionalism and skill. He wanted to be absolutely certain that he was applying the appropriate pressure, which I prefer to be very heavy. It was excellent, and he used a technique I've never had before (i.e. a Hawaiian technique, in particular) on my back and sides that was amazing. From someone who has had many, many massage treatments and the experiences have ranged from focused therapies to very spa-like treatments in the very best of spas in the Cincinnati area, he demonstrated the greatest technique and skill. Datis is fantastic! I had called and he was able to get me in the same day I purchased the massage. I bought the 90 minute massage package, wanted to focus on my fingers because they are so sore he recommended a Myofascial release which is a special therapy that releases stiffness and strain. I have never had this done before, I felt that it helped and thought it was very nice he offered to incorporate it into the massage. There is also an option to do a complementary foot scrub and he offered a hand scrub instead knowing my hands were so sore which did wonders and shows he really cares for his clients! My husband bought me a Groupon for a massage here and I was nervous. I've had hip pain ever since giving birth 7.5 years ago (twins-and it's gotten worse in the past few years).
