I called to reschedule his appointment (for his birthday) and explained the situation. They informed me that they (the manager) could not transfer the package and that we needed to pay full price. I have never missed an appointment nor been late. Needless to say, I am frustrated with their customer service, as there was no forgiveness or willingness to work with my situation.
