She left the room multiple times to text and talk on the phone to who I'm guessing was her next client, the last twenty minutes of the massage she was on her phone with her 2:50pm appointment. When she came back to the room she rushed the last ten minutes of my massage and then rushed around to get ready for her next client. Told me my time was up and then left the curtain open while I changed into my clothes. I paid for my session and gave her a small tip because I have class but a younger me would have stiffed her. Not coming back unless Annie returns.

Got to admit this wasn't relaxing or a calming at all. Have you ever been rage bated by calming music when all you want is someone to massage the demons out of your back and shoulders. Couldn't even throw a fit if I wanted to there was a sign at the front desk saying shhhh. And my first thought was shhhhhit im not getting service and boy was i completely right!!!! I'm sure they are lovely people i spent 30 minutes in there store without anyone complaining about me being there... just frustrated because so many of my friends come here and have had great experience but looking at the other reviews they just seemed lucky

I found Nani via Groupon and couldn't pass up the offer. I was able to book online though it was almost a month out. When I arrived, I was greeted by two very nice receptionists in a lobby that was warm and welcoming. I was instructed to fill out the required paperwork then called back to my room to meet my masseuse. The room was dimly lit and set up for the job at hand. I was not familiar with Nani but apparently they are known for using bed like structures instead of the typical massage tables. It was definitely unexpected but made for an even more relaxing experience. My masseuse was a bit heavy handed but I did request for very firm. I will ask for not so firm for my next one. I also included hot stones to my massage. The heat on a cold, raining day was soothing and exactly what I needed. After the service, I checked out at the reception desk and was asked if I wanted to take advantage of their March special which is becoming a VIP member for an introductory rate of $27. It includes one 60 minute massage once a month and includes add ons like the hot stones, aromatherapy, etc for free. I decided to give it a try and become a VIP. Next appointment is set for April. Overall, I found Nani to be a wonderful place for comfort and relaxation. By the time my massage was over, the lobby was full of clients so I assume I am also in good hands. (Pun intended).
