He is very knowledgeable, asked all the right questions, and was willing to help us pick out the parts we wanted and needed for the job. His price couldn't be beat - or even nearly matched by other plumbers we consulted. The first estimate was the final price - almost to the dollar ! Jason, his onsite plumber, was polite and an amazingly driven and diligent ! He explained every step to me, showed me what needed to be done, and made extra improvements. Of course the new sink/faucet is a big improvement, but Jason also made sure to secure all piping, made an extra trip to a home goods store for a part that matched the unit, and just made absolutely sure we were 100% satisfied with the job! And he even seemed to enjoy the work! Cross Plumbing clearly gathers a great little community of plumbers who love their job. What a great find for us!

Stephen, the plumber that helped me out, was very transparent from the beginning and walked me…read morethrough all of the issues that was going on with my plumbing. He discovered a slab leak and listed several options. He is probably one of the most "real one's" there are out there. He does not just come to do a job, but genuinely cares about each of his customers. He tries to establish a relationship with his customers by making it feel like he is taking care of a family member. He tries to get to know you and is willing to hold a conversation with you and hear you out. Plumbing issues can be very expensive and Stephen is sensitive to that. It is never a great time to get plumbing work done, but Stephen is there to talk with you, hear you out, and just be someone who genuinely cares about the customer. I will be using Jim and Son's for any plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone. I wish I remembered the name of the other plumber that helped him out during the job, but he was awesome as well. Again, he understood the importance of customer service and making sure that customers are left with a great experience in addition to getting the work done. 6/5 stars if I could.

That's when I searched for a local family owned company that Had good reviews. Jims was straight to the point. Stephen came out and methodically figured out what pipe the leak was coming from. He showed me proof and explained it to me. It was under the cement slab in our garage. I was not happy about the possibility of tearing out concrete. He suggested running the pipe above ground where it would be accessible. He rerouted the line and used materials that saved me money. Instead of taking several days, it was done by lunch. I cant say enough good things about these guys. They really helped me out of a scarey spot. I highly reccomend them. They are ethical, honest and don't waste time. I owe them my thanks.

There was no…read moremusic in the restrooms, they were not air conditioned and they used my power instead of using their generator. It also tripped the circuit breaker in my garage and we had to manually open the door. I do recommend this company but with some guidelines: First, don't let the driver talk you into using your power because their generator is too loud. It wasn't loud the first time. If there's no AC or music, call the company and ask how to resolve the problem. Had I known we would have disconnected our power and turned on their generator. The first driver we got was amazing, the one we got this time was lacking. They were late to pick up the trailer and when I called the driver back he said he'd been released for the night and to call the owner. Luckily the problem was resolved quickly and a different driver came to pick up the trailer. Lastly, the toilet in the ladies room was leaking. I do like their service and I do recommend them but next time I know what to watch out for.

Dude,... Brandon does amazing work. I have a 1947 house that has a lot of work that needs to be…read moredone, and Brandon has always gone above and beyond to do things in a very functional, efficient manner, and with design and coolness in mind. Here are some examples: Changed a faucet that dripped for YEARS that I was told was not fixable. Not only was it not dripping but he closed up the rusty old hole and made the tile look like the hole was never there. Had the uuuugliest fluorescent light in the living room, like "Joe vs the volcano" level, he replaced it, made it look like it was just all a bad dream. He replaced and fixed the kitchen door so it was even with the floor, when the door would open it would get stuck because the floor was not even, so he did some mathematical engineering and got it to work. He stabilized the dried out wooden pergola over the patio with wood and new metal supports so it didn't have to be torn down, saved a lot of money. He was able to design and construct from scratch a gorgeous washer and dryer enclosure that replaced a UGLY UGLY termite eaten shed that disintegrated when you barely touched it, rusted nails coming out, doors falling off the hinges. Throughout the process, he was very communicative, asking questions that involved functional design, placement, aesthetics. Even matched the hardware to the fences, which really was supercool. He also replaced a variety of ceiling fans, ceiling lights, bathroom faucet, drain, lights, kitchen drains, electrical plugs, fix a fence, and problem solve regarding how to hide wires, electrical cords. Long story short, I would highly recommend Brandon for house repairs, fixes, and design problem solving. His work is very thorough, detail and quality oriented, and he is very professional and is really an expert at what he does.

We needed to convert a portion of our circa 1908 dirt cellar into clean storage space on a limited…read morebudget. We were very fortunate to be referred to Brandon Lange, the Wood Streets Handyman, to help us out with this. The situation was a bit much. The cellar ground surface was uneven and full of deteriorating bricks. All the pier blocks and upright support infrastructure was non-standard in spacing and configuration. The bulkhead door opening was rough and uneven concrete. But we wanted the storage area to be sealed off from the remainder of the cellar while preserving air circulation and easy access to the air-conditioning and heating units installed there. Brandon was not daunted by the project. He started brainstorming immediately and came up with a plan that would get us what we needed at a cost we could afford. It was a big job. As the project played out, unexpected challenges required creative solutions. Brandon excels at this, is honest and easy to work with, and never tries to "upsell." Brandon is a skilled and experienced craftsman who clearly takes pride in his work.
