This was so unforeseen and they did not take into consideration what happened! So I will go get some merchandise with my 75 dollars I have left so they take no more but will tell my family not to ever get me anything from their facility again. The lady that did her mani pedi didn't really speak much English so the nail tech that was doing my nails explained to her in detail what she wanted. We both got our pedicures and moved on to the nail technicians stations. My daughter and I were not seated together so when I finished my gel manicure I walked over and noticed that my daughter's nails were not French manicure. She is only 16 and wasn't really sure of the process. Well, we were told it was too late to go back and she needed to continue with the solid pink nails. My daughter was so disappointed. I was a little heart broken for her seeing her upset. The other thing that bothers me about this place is that I'm not so sure they are using clean equipment.
