Every time I pull up and see him working I regret going because he looks and acts as if I'm inconveniencing him. He barely hoses down my car and never wipes it down with the brushes and does everything as fast as he can so he can go sit in his car until someone else comes. They also have a bug prep station when you come back from that freeway trip and have excess bug grime on your front grille, windshield and hood. On occasion I've noticed certain components don't work during the wash as they should, but you can just pull back around for a rewash and let them know what didn't work.
