Literally so hard to cancel a membership and the car washes do not clean your car literally sucks here

I paid $20 because I asked the attendant what he would suggest to get mud off my tires...in any case it cost me $20...my tires were sort of clean once I went through the car wash but the young man at the very beginning didn't prep my car with that spray or rub off any bugs on the front of my car, he didn't even look at my car let alone even take a walk around it! So the front of my car and the rear of my car didn't even look like it was touched, my rear wheel fenders were still dirty w caked on dirt. I went home and washed my car! Totally disappointed considering this place has only been around a couple years, complete waste of $20. Will never go back there. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

I do not know who took over but it's definitely not the same. I also don't understand why it's so hard to cancel my membership. I chose this carwash being they did great interior cleaning. They now no longer do this service. $50 a month to do exterior work? And they no longer brush the outside of your vehicle either, when pulling in. Just some bug remover is sprayed. I use to drive clear to Niles from Boardman for their services until the Boardman location was opened. Wish they never sold the business. Apparently you have to go inside to get a card to cancel. Why not have the person who is directing you in have the cancelation cards on them? Today I'll be going in and grabbing my card to cancel. I'd rather pay for individual exterior washes when needed instead of $50 a month auto pay. read more

Brand new location of Coates Car Care. Not only do they have an excellent automated car wash, but they will mop down your lights, and grill as you enter the wash bay. Very good results! My car came out sparkling clean. Once you finish the wash, you can drive around to the side and use the provided towels to wipe down your car, and use the free vacuums to clean out the inside of your vehicle. This location also offers oil changes, and car detailing. Neat operation. The staff is very friendly. read more

Very disappointed in the quality since they sold it l pay good money they don't brush the front or rear half the vacuum don't work0

They did nice job on inside if my car however put wrong driver side car mat back in . Be trying to get this straightened out since October 22 manager did make report home office won't call me back, my car not even year old had the all weather mats in full length. I won't stop till this is solved take it as far as I need . Understand everyone makes mistakes but you as company needs to stand behind and take care of your employees mistakes. They had box full of mats ask me to look and see if mine was there so appears this isn't first time this has happened. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE CAR WASH WORLD! I visited multiple locations. I drive a full size truck and asked at each location if they can clean the mirrors. Their answer was no everytime. There was and still is a small amount of dirt on the bottom of my mirrors. Coats used to be a amazing car wash. These new owners are absolutely horrible! I have traveled pretty much the entire United States and they are now by far the absolute worst in the business. I will 100% be canceling my membership. I feel like I am being robbed of my hard earned money. DO NOT USE COATS! there are plenty of better options out there. read more

If you want your car to sparkle-- you better go to Coates! I decided to try out the new Coates location in Boardman, and it was spectacular. They offer their typical car washes, so I was thrilled to know exactly what to chose. You stay in the car while the car is washed, and just sit back and smell the soap! The difference between this location and others is that they also over a cleaning service for the interior. They wash your floor mats, dust, and vacuum. You can enjoy a very comfortable waiting room with coffee while they are completing this service. It's absolutely worth every penny, and I will definitely be back! read more

The 2 girls you have working there are awful. I went to get my truck wiped and cleaned. Within 5 minutes the blonde said they were done. I pointed out a couple of things walked away and before I could get to the door she said she was done. Nowhere close!!! Luckily the black young man saw & heard what happened and he immediately came over to hear my concerns. He immediately went to work making sure I was satisfied. I thank him for that and he wouldn't take a tip. Please let them power wash the cars on there way through, hopefully they'll get that right read more

They try to rip my 17-year-old daughter off. I wanted to get her a membership there, but not now!! She tried to purchase an exterior and interior cleaning. Need to find out she purchased Matts for the interior. They did not come out to try to help her purchase the correct item. Instead, they forced her to except her incorrect purchase and would not clean. The inside of her car only told her that she purchased mats instead of interior cleaning. One they never gave her her mats To they could've tried to help her purchase the correct items. This was her first time. And three they never clean the inside of a car. You could clearly see this is a young girl trying to figure out their programming. Never again read more

I drove to Boardman to get my car detailed. Paid extra for it. Pulled in and waited. Watch them barely open back. It still had major mud in it when I left. I was so very disappointed in how it was done. read more

Great service! Just left from there my truck is beautiful! Going through the wash ,it was quite not rushed a feeling of calmnes.
