Every time I pull up and see him working I regret going because he looks and acts as if I'm inconveniencing him. He barely hoses down my car and never wipes it down with the brushes and does everything as fast as he can so he can go sit in his car until someone else comes. Other than that, it's a great car wash and every other employee properly wipes down my car every time I go through.

This did considerable damage to the finish on my brand new black Acura RDX. I was told it was an act of nature and they are not responsible, which I find very frustrating!
