We have found the ultimate place for a great detail job! I currently drive a black diesel dually truck and it is extremely hard to get it to shine and be as clean as I want it to be. When we first tried exclusive auto detailing, they knocked it out! My truck has never looked so good. Other detail shops just weren't getting it clean, and the inside wasn't up to par either. The owner Jeff makes it look better than the day it rolled off the lot. We also have two little kids, and they destroy my wife's car. It doesn't matter how many juice boxes they spill or how many goldfish are swimming around in our backseat, it comes out looking great every single time from exclusive! Over the past couple of years the whole staff has been great to us!We will continue to keep coming back every time we need something detailed.

Jens very efficient in scheduling and with customer service and my vehicle has always been repaired timely with no issues. They're informative, to the point and very professional. Every other Gerber I've gotten my car back with new problems or have had to deal with a very rude woman. This location is by far my favorite and will be my go-to location for repairs.

Upon my 1st visit to the Warren, Ohio location, I was informed that I could not get an estimate at…read morethat time, but needed to schedule an appointment. The wait for that appointment was 3 weeks which is difficult when driving a damaged car. I was informed by the employee that looked over our vehicle that he would get the quote together and send it to my email address. I checked my emails daily and that quote never materialized! After a couple weeks I called and informed the receptionist, who said she would relay my message. It has now been 5 days shy of a month since I was told I would receive that quote and it has still not materialized! Why would one trust this Company with the actual repair, when they have not kept their word or been trustworthy regarding your estimate? This has so hindered the process of my being able to get this bodywork done!!! This amount of disregard and disrespect coming from a business is really inexcusable! I went there because of a recommendation but I could never recommend Gerber Collision of Warren to anyone!!

His communication is part of this great experience. His replies to your emails within minutes. He also does follow up phone calls when appropriate. He gives you quotes same day of your inquiry (if not, within 24 hours) and finally, the car is typically delivered when promised. One time it wasn't and Gary was in constant contact throughout the the day with updates. This company's rates are reasonable, though it's ~$200-300 more than competitors. Howeeeeeever, competitors may not execute the level of service that Gary Nichols does. If you value your car, no matter what kind of car it is, it's worth it to spend a little more and be assured that your car will be safe during transit and delivery. Oh and the payment process is easy. I thank you Gary and Auto Ship for all of your help all these years. 'Til my next move!

I lease because it's convenient; I like to have a new vehicle often, and I love never having to worry about being out of warranty. My end of lease transitions are so easy here; as long as this place stands, I'll never again be stressed out by the process of wrapping up an existing lease and/or getting into a new car. Each time, I've simply told them what I want, the terms to which I agree, and it just gets done (and it gets done the same day; I've never driven up there to meet with sales and driven away without a new car). I honestly don't see how they could make the process any easier. If you're in the market, I'd just go and see for yourself. My recommendation is to ask for Mike Hood, or call ahead and make an appointment with him. Just tell him what you're looking for, and see how your experience goes. I don't think you'll be disappointed. (Also, keep in mind that most, if not all, of the negative reviews here are from before the new ownership in July 2023, so they aren't really relevant anymore.)
