The workers themselves are mostly friendly and responsible ;however, the owner seemed a bit unethical and simply didn't consider the customers perspective and only wanted his money.... like previous reviews stated, truck size was changed at the last minute (day of move), items were crammed into a couple of the workers van and pick-up truck, the owners dis-regard and lack of respect towards his workers was evident and not professional. I've moved a dozen times prior to this and by far this was the worst moving experience we've ever had. I would not recommend them and I would never use them again in the future.

He knew beforehand cause his boss told him the customer will tell you how they want it packed because that's what they paid for. The guy complained the whole time about it. My son was ready to fire them but I knew we couldn't do the move by ourselves and we had to be out of house that day due to closing the next day.
