I immediately got a text saying who is this? What do you want and what is the purpose of your call. I message back and said I was looking for a dent removal business is that what you do. Whoever runs this business replied back to me and said, "Again...Who are you? What's the purpose and what do you want" At this point, I thought maybe it was the wrong number so I went back to check from the website and to my disbelief, it was actually the correct phone number. The next message I got via text from him was: "you are blocked. if you can't even communicate in a simple text message, I don't want your business" so to say the least, do yourself a favor and don't even waste your time with this guy. Either he wants his business to diminish or he hates the world. My guess is that he sucks at his job and he doesn't want to deal with having to come back multiple times because of complaints. There's three other dent removal places here on the Emerald coast and one of them is extremely professional. Don't even waste your time here move on. The name dent magic fits him well because this can't be real. UPDATE** The "owner" replied to my review and as he has done in previous replies to other reviews, he called me a "liberal", which I had to laugh at because it is SOOO far from the truth. We work from referrals only in 90% of Our business. We are happy You found Is on Yelp. But number is listed. So...Nothing more will be done via texting." Doesn't sound like he wants my business. Very rude. PS - Definitely not a "woke liberal". Funny that he made that comparison in his text. I simply asked if he received the picture that the system allowed me to upload when it took my request, and his phone number. I just expected reasonable customer service - which I did not get.
