I called them on Saturday and the man that answered the phone was lovely. He quoted me on the spot and explained he didn't have anyone to help that day, but could get someone out the next day (Sunday). I let him know that it wasn't that urgent and Monday would be fine, so he ended the call with "I will call you, we may do it Sunday but Monday morning at the latest".. Well, no one ever showed or called, so I have called them a few times and it rings out to voicemail - and still no call back. Not sure if this is bad customer service or something happened to them (health, etc..).. If it was health, I will immediately remove this post!
