Whoever runs this business replied back to me and said, "Again...Who are you? What's the purpose and what do you want" At this point, I thought maybe it was the wrong number so I went back to check from the website and to my disbelief, it was actually the correct phone number. The next message I got via text from him was: "you are blocked. if you can't even communicate in a simple text message, I don't want your business" so to say the least, do yourself a favor and don't even waste your time with this guy. Either he wants his business to diminish or he hates the world. My guess is that he sucks at his job and he doesn't want to deal with having to come back multiple times because of complaints. There's three other dent removal places here on the Emerald coast and one of them is extremely professional. Don't even waste your time here move on. The name dent magic fits him well because this can't be real. UPDATE** The "owner" replied to my review and as he has done in previous replies to other reviews, he called me a "liberal", which I had to laugh at because it is SOOO far from the truth. Regardless of political beliefs, that's probably not how you want to earn new biz. He says all his biz comes from referrals. LOL Not too sure who's referring you, but it definitely isn't outside of your friend circle. Best of luck with your dent biz. I think the real dent you need to fix is the one on your head.

On a recent trip a rock or some other road debris was kicked up from a passing vehicle and put a significant chip in my windshield. I immediately filed a claim on line with my (Farmers) insurance company and they quickly approved a claim for windshield repair or replacement (if necessary.) I checked Yelp and compared reviews. My insurance company sent a fax to Precision Auto Glass ... and today, Jeff, from PAG called to ask if I could bring my vehicle in. I agreed, drove to the location, (actually drove by it first time. It's kind of hidden in plain view) and was in and out in about 40 minutes. FYI. The waiting room has only four seat seats, so it is small but comfortable. Signed on the dotted line... No cash exchanged because my insurance covered the repair. Couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend them.
