They do service MOST bicycles but not all e-bike motor (check with them). When I visited the store (looking for a new pannier), the older female salesperson was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable. We were offered a test drive and we just chose two bikes but it wasn't really a helpful process as there was so much information it was hard to decide what e-bike would best meet our needs.
