Marcus did a great job moving items from South Florida to North Florida for me. He took time and care in handling each piece of furniture and even wrapped and boxed a large painting for the move. He has his own truck that was clean and in good condition. His price was fair and he kept me posted with all communication as needed. I will definitely call Marcus again for future moving needs. First off let me begin by saying that it was a weekend evening move, and I was coming from out of town, and I was running late. Marcus, was on time and waited patiently. I arrived an hour behind schedule. He remained in contact with me, gave me a better and shorter route. He was very knowledgeable of the area, toll roads and travel time. Upon arrival he helped me remove my car from the tow and began unloading. He was professional, courteous and fast! He didn't take his time, which would have been understandable given the heat. He blew away my expectations! The best move I have ever experienced. The quote was spot on! No gimmick. No tricks. Just perfect! Thank you Marcus! Moving can be such a hassle. Sometimes hidden costs. It finally rested at my home when I sold my dads house after he passed away last year. A whole year I was off key until yesterday. I made an online appointment with Steve and he arrived at my home on time and ready to tune up my piano! I watched as he tuned 80 some odd keys and learned a lot about my Kimball piano at the same time. I never knew anything about my piano until Steve educated me. All my friends warned me that having my piano tuned would cost big bucks. Well, Steve put that myth to rest charging a meager $250.00 to tune her up! That was more than affordable and I gave a nice tip because when he was done tuning he played songs for me like a private concert! I sang along and clapped and recognized every song he played. The tuning of my piano was extensive and took 2 solid hours to get her in pitch! Steve went above and beyond and made sure I was satisfied and that my piano sounded great, My piano is a Kimball not a baby grand or a steinway and thats fine with me. Its the sound it makes and the smiles it gives when I play that sold me. I would HIGHLY recommend Steve Krupp for your piano tuning needs. He is located in boca raton and services the surrounding area with ease! I am so happy I called Steve to come and get my piano back in tune to the straight and narrow (a little WHO reference). He did a fantastic job and is very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff! Thanks Steve for making my piano play again in key and not off key like it had been for many many years. They owned and sought direct assistance with Piano Disc and their player system where my CD player stopped working. The Floppy and their hard drive worked and just not the CD rom. Based on their troubleshooting, it is not a CD ROM drive issue but either a firmware, software, or board issue with the unit as it appears to be a common system with these player piano systems models that are no longer being manufactured. Their ownership and follow through was second to none. Even Timothy himself came twice to my home trying to resolve the issue. I fully recommend them and they have my complete confidence in their abilities.

When we had questions leading up to moving day, their administrator Brana was quick and kind with her responses. On the day of moving us out Denis stayed in touch about their arrival time. Thankfully traffic helped us out (although I know it must have been difficult for Denis and his colleague Marat). We thought we were so ready to move and found out the morning of that I had missed several kitchen drawers and cabinets during a recent illness. Denis was so kind and patient, providing us with extra boxes and wrapping paper to keep our valuables safe during transit. First and foremost they sent over 2 inexperienced college aged movers in a truck that was extreme…read moreold..but turns out the 2 kids doing the move were great, worked hard and got the job done...unfortunately they put a 10 inch scratch in an originally priced $2500 LED TV...among other small damages..we chalked those up to just the inexperience..a deep scratch on the screen is not repairable and the tv needs to be replaced...we filed the necessary claim form with their insurance company (they offered a small discount but it was hardly the cost of repair/replace of tv)...after filing claim we did not hear from anyone for 2 weeks. When i contacted the same individual that helped with the initial claim...he advised the claim was denied because what they submitted and what we submitted wasn't the same...seems hard to believe the manager would submit a an error filled claim without coming to see the damage or speak to us or show us a copy of the filed they claimed. We are not aware of what they claimed..did they include the fact the driver had to make a stop for gas...didn't travel the fastest route because they were told to stay off the highway. That being said, we know the cost of tv drop dramatically. We did not ask for full reimbursement...just the cost of current similar tv...which is more than fair for the damages. They don't fully disclose what's required and please ask for a copy of not only the insurance from the company but also of the vehicle they are using. We will be requesting all of the above in small claims court...we will follow up with the results of the case to share with yelp. Lorenz G Febres

Excellence Moving was beyond amazing and a complete lifesaver. We were in a bind as it was the last day of the month and we just experienced a nightmare with another company that left the job incomplete. Marcus (the owner) lifted my spirits from our very first phone call. He reassured me that he would do whatever it takes to make sure we were moved out of the house (although he had jobs all lined up for the next few days). From making phone calls to see what men could assist to telling me he would come himself, even if it was the end of the night, he would not leave us stranded. He was extremely professional, communicative, friendly, ....everything that you could look for from not only a moving company, but from a caring individual to assist you in such an important and possibly stressful situation as a move. He provided instructions with what to do in preparation and when he came himself with his employee I was in awe of how quickly and organized everything was done. We spent two days with the prior moving company that still left about 1/3 of the house a mess and Marcus and Nick quickly disassembled, repacked, and moved everything within a little over an hour. Marcus not only provides a quality job, he provides peace of mind. Efficient, reasonably priced, and PROFESSIONAL. 10 stars and so much gratitude towards Marcus and Nick. I appreciated receiving written proof of the insurance policy and confirmation of my move date immediately after the pre-move visit. I especially appreciated the care given when handling my items.
