They were excellent and even allowed us to remain in the house while the summer long project was completed. Job was for with care and expertise. Next was just recently when a water heater exploded and water flooded our basement about an inch high. All the drywall, carpets, painting, and cleanup happened quick and within a budget. They took care to work around our possessions and made the repair look perfect. The owner, Atillio, even came out on a Sunday evening to drop off big fans and dehumidifiers to try and save our things. That's service!

Then he and Willie were at my house before noon. They displayed excellent communication and integrity, taking the time to educate me about my options and what the state of the basement was. They confirmed with their moisture sensor what we already suspected - that the carpet had dried out already, but was continuing to harbor mold, so we needed to finish ripping it out, which we had started ourselves. They recommended a cleaning product, and since we were already doing the work ourselves, waived the inspection fee and went on to their next customer. I wouldn't hesitate to call them back if we have any remediation needs in the future.

Quote was separated into different areas: 1)Drywall, mud, tape and finish for paint in mud room,paint 2)Repair damaged drywall on ceiling in kitchen, paint 3)Repair damaged freshly on basement stairs,paint Every step was itemized and had the price next to it so if I thought paint was too much, I'd be able to remove that option. At the end, you pay for any items they needed to purchase to compete your job. I opted for all three items to be completed and also asked for additional things to be added throughout the projects (trim, baseboards, crown molding, paint) and they accommodated every aspect (with additional cost, of course). 2 guys were here for about a week and they were both extremely respectful of the property (booties, cleaned everything, busted ass)..they even asked to use the bathroom every time even though I don't think that was necessary (there was a language barrier of Ukrainian/Russian, so made it a bit hard to know closet meant bathroom lol). They took out the original floor- tile and mortar bed, all the way to the subfloor. Then they re-did everything, added a curb (we had curbless before), and raised the sliding glass doors which had been installed too low.
