I wanted neon orange. I was left with short cloudy smudged nails. They started my daughter after i was already finished. I had a reuniin to attend and didnt have time for a redo. I complained and was given no explanation apology or offer to fix. Despite being severly disappointed. I had a giftcard to pay. The little rude boy laughed at me when i presented it... then stood there staring at me. Didnt give me a total or recipt or thank me. He literally just stood there staring. I got shellac and so did my daughter. My giftcard was $55. Still no idea what it cost as he took it and said nothing. I felt mistreated and it was a very poor first experience. If you have any injured nails as I have, they are as skilled as a podiatrist at dealing with problems. I credit Kim with curing a nail that had been mangled in accidents twice and which I thought would never look normal again! They are a two woman business and take great care with hygiene.
