We cannot say enough great things about Jax Chimney Pros and Michael Wood, the owner and his team…read more Just WOW !!!!!! From start to finish, their service was absolutely exceptional. Their pricing was excellent, the work was completed incredibly fast, and the timing couldn't have been better--they replaced our entire fireplace and chimney right before the holidays, allowing us to fully enjoy our home with out-of-town guests. Scott and Martinez were phenomenal throughout the entire replacement process. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was explained clearly, and the job was done efficiently without cutting corners. One thing that truly set Jax Chimney Pros apart was their attention to detail and respect for our home. Instead of destroying the front Italian marble mosaic to replace the fireplace, they thoughtfully accessed everything through the wall behind the fireplace, preserving the stunning, gorgeous marble on the front. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. A huge shout-out as well to Ben, who replaced the wall afterward and textured it so perfectly that you would never know a large hole had ever been cut. His craftsmanship was absolutely amazing--flawless work. Overall, Jax Chimney Pros delivered excellent service, MORE THAN fair pricing (LOWER THAN ALL OTHERS), fast repairs, and top-tier craftsmanship. If you're looking for a company that truly goes above and beyond, this is the team to call. We are beyond happy with the results and would recommend them without hesitation! TRUST ME !!!!

Didn't overcharge and wasn't looking to make money on me. They were clean, friendly, thorough and took their time doing their job. He recommended a new cap because the one we had wasn't to code. We opted to wait till the following year. Well we waited till Oct. 2018 and came back to them because a different company we called had to do a cleaning again with an inspection, even though a chimney cleaning is good for at least 2 years and they had to order the cap that I only wanted installed in the first place. $600 was what the proposal quote was for and I said, no way, cancel the order. I called Ash Away again, couldn't reach them the first time, finally spoke to his wife and asked them to install a cap. Not only did they honor the quote from last year, they had one in stock and would install it that same week I called. Done, finished, clean, fast, and a satisfied customer. They definitely will keep me as a customer.

The technician showed up about 15 minutes early and I was finishing up getting ready. When I answered the door, he was in his truck pulling out of my driveway, already leaving at 10:50 though our appointment wasn't even until 11. I told him he was early and I was still getting ready, and he was instantly extremely rude and abrasive. He informed me if I was "going to be that way," he didn't want to provide me with service. I was uncomfortable being alone in my house with someone so hostile, especially when he wasn't even polite enough to wait in the car until our scheduled appointment time. I'll be using another company going forward.
