    Being conscientious, I called Progressive because of damage I found (ironically, 2 incidents, same…read moretrip, June, 2025) on a car rental; but when I called the Turo owner, he dismissed both as already having been on the car before I rented it. Nevertheless, Progressive refused to remove these 2 claims from my record, doubling quotes from other companies: even though both claims had been immediately canceled; and nothing was done (no adjuster, no repairs, no pay outs.) Worse, it took 3 DAYS, 1/7 - evening of 1/9/26, to get a call back from a supervisor and find out what was going on with those 2 claims. After 8+ calls for 3 days, I was continually referred back to the original claims adjuster, Teresa (left messages/could not reach a live person) who finally called back day 3, and said she couldn't do anything about it. Same with the supervisor, Chris Mcrory: the first person to explain the 2 claims (via message 3 days later.) Anyone from the claims department should have had access to and the ability to answer my questions, as well as remove the claims from my record, since they had been immediately canceled. Lastly, GEICO's second quote (which doubled after they found the 2 claims that damaged my record) was still $426 cheaper than Progressive's, where I had auto bundled with homeowners. I am extremely dissatisfied with Progressive's customer service; will file a complaint with the Indiana Department of Insurance; and post this review everywhere possible, so others will know how difficult it is to get claim questions and issues addressed, as well as get a fair resolution to any problems.

    Do not use Brandon Libunao's State Farm Agency for anything. This office is incompetent and…read moreseriously lacking in clear and direct communication. On Dec 17, 2025, I requested that our car insurance be canceled on Jan 14, 2026, as we were switching agencies. I was told that would be fine and the policy end date would be added to the "notes" in our account. Unbeknownst to us, our car insurance was actually canceled on Jan 4, 2026 leaving us uninsured for 10 days until our new policy started. Wow, what stellar customer service. We only found this out after seeing a refund deposited into our bank account and then logging in to our insurance account and finding that the car insurance policy had been removed. Also, during the phone conversation on Dec 17, I requested that our renter's insurance policy be canceled on April 3, 2026. I subsequently was contacted four times between Dec 17 and March 2026, asking what I would like to do with our renter's insurance. I repeated myself every single time and was told that the end date would be added to the "notes" in our account. I called the office on April 10, 2026 and was told that the renter's insurance policy had not been canceled as requested because the manager was awaiting confirmation from me in order to cancel it. Where was that phone call, manager? The incompetence and unreliability is real. Save yourself the stress and irritation; there are SO MANY better qualified agencies available.
