Do NOT even consider buying a vehicle from these guys. They are Fraudsters! They sold me a vehicle & did not have the title. After a bunch of false promises & delays on the delivery of the vehicle and title, I canceled the deal. The owner (Mike Greco) is a major crook and is now stating in an e-mail that I have the vehicle & the title. Both are untrue. Here is the timeline of events if you want the details. Mon 7/27/20: Buyer called & spoke with Abraham Rincon. Abraham stated everything on the vehicle worked great. Air blows cold, etcetera. Buyer offered $5,300 including shipping to WI. Abraham stated they could not go that low. Tues 7/28/20: Buyer spoke with Abraham. Made a deal over the phone to purchase the vehicle for $5,500 with delivery included to Buyer's home in WI. Wed 7/29/20: Buyer wired $5,500 to Seller. Seller received good funds that afternoon. Thurs 7/30/20: Seller sent paperwork (Bill of Sale, Etc.) via e-mail to Buyer. Buyer returned signed purchase docs to Seller via e-mail. Fri 7/31/20: Buyer called Seller to confirm they received all of the signed documents. Seller stated "Yes". Seller stated they will be shipping the vehicle but they did not have a ship date from their delivery company. Seller also stated they were overnighting the Vehicle Title for delivery on Sat 8/01/20. Sat 8/01/20: Title never showed up. Buyer called Seller & spoke with Mike. Mike stated the Owner (Mike Greco) took care of sending the Title & he wasn't available for an update. Mon 8/03/20: Buyer drove to Chicago to go to Seller's dealership to see what was going on. Buyer stated he wanted the vehicle & title or he wanted his money back. Mike stated the car was at a shop in downtown Chicago. So, Mike, Buyer and Buyer's friend drove together to the shop (owned by Alex) to see the vehicle. A hydraulic line for the convertible top was being repaired. They were also completing the vehicle inspection at that time. This was news to the Buyer since he was told any required service and the vehicle inspection had already been completed & the vehicle was supposed to have been delivered by this time. The Vehicle Title was still not available. Tues 8/04/20: Buyer spoke to Mike. He stated the hose for the convertible top was to be installed that day & the service would be completed. Still no answers on the Title and/or vehicle delivery. Wed 8/05/20: Mike stated he was still waiting to hear from the delivery company on a delivery date. Still no answers on the whereabouts of the Title. Thurs 8/06/20: Buyer called & spoke to Mike and informed him that due to their lack of following through on the deal (No Title and No Vehicle Delivery), he no longer wanted the vehicle & demanded a refund of his $5,500. Mike stated they were working on it & Buyer needed to be more patient (& then Mike rudely hung up). Buyer also texted his demand for a refund to Mike at this time. Fri 8/07/20: Buyer called & spoke to Mike asking him if he sent his money via overnight delivery. Mike did not respond & hung up the phone. Buyer tried calling back a couple more times that day & Seller never answered his calls. Sat 8/08/20: Buyer tried calling the Seller a couple more times & they would not answer the phone. Mon 8/10/20: The delivery driver texted the Buyer from Chicago & stated he would be delivering the vehicle later that day. Buyer called the delivery driver and stated he would not accept delivery without a Title so he should turn around. The delivery driver continued on and attempted to deliver the vehicle in WI about two hours after the Buyer had spoken with him. The Buyer called the local police (non-emergency number) to have them onsite as he refused delivery. The delivery driver left without delivering the vehicle. Tues 8/11/20: Buyer has not heard back from the Seller & has yet to receive his refund of $5,500. Seller mailed the Title to Buyer via regular USPS mail (via postmark). This was 5 Days after Buyer canceled the purchase. Thurs 8/13/20: Buyer received the Title via USPS regular mail. Fri 8/14/20: Buyer sent Title back to Seller via FedEx Priority Overnight delivery. Sat 8/15/20: Per FedEx, Title was received by Seller at 11:26AM, signed by P.Patrick. Tues 8/18/20: Buyer sent an e-mail to owner Mike Greco stating: "You have till 4 O'Clock Aug 18 to let me know when you will be returning my money. This is the final notice, Litigation will follow if this is not taken care of." Mike Greco responded with the following: "Hello ****, This you have your title, and you have your car. I am not quite to sure what your talking about. I have neither you signed for the title Someone I driving Benz." Sorry if that doesn't make the most sense, but that is word for word what he wrote.
