Rocco and Zeus showed up early, after having called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They are very professional, efficient, easy to work with, and personable. They got my 1bd apt loaded on their truck in about an hour. We met at the house in Jax and they got me unloaded, with everything in the right place, again, in about an hour. The pricing is fair, TRANSPARENT (no hidden fees or extra add on charges at all), and well worth every single dollar. I've only had excellent experiences with the teams that do the heavy lifting, and the office staff is great. I highly recommend this moving company. They were very efficient and very fast but the woman I spoke with prior to the move ensured me there would be 4-5 wardrobe boxes for all of my hanging clothes, they only brought one. I had to make 3 more trips in my personal car to pick up the rest of my clothes which defeats the purpose of hiring movers. I messaged the woman back on Yelp about this and she left me on read with no offers of a solution for over a year. About a year later I decide to give them another chance and bring up the issue with the wardrobe boxes before. She offers a $50 discount and this time I arrange for 3 people to come and move me from a first floor apartment to a single story home. The most inefficient move I have ever experienced, they took longer to move than when I lived on the third floor and the guys had to wait for the elevator. They moved at a glacial pace and I ended up paying for 3 guys for the same amount of time as it took the first time I moved. On top of all of this they didn't wear gloves or wash their hands so my light furniture has black handprints on it from the moving dust on their hands. One of the guys dragged a piece of furniture and broke off a leg and I watched him use a piece of plastic to wedge the leg back in. Very unprofessional movers in my opinion, only one guy was taking his job seriously and trying to get me moved quickly the other two just lingered around waiting for him to move and package all my things. I didn't see a point in reaching out about the damage or the handprints as the customer service had already proved once your move is complete they could not care less about you. I'm happy I'm in a home I purchased so I never have to experience these movers again.

I randomly met Lenar when he came to my house to help package up equipment on behalf of a former employer. He was early, quick, and kind that day. And he randomly mentioned that his company also oversees moves. I literally called him three days ago and asked if he might be able to squeeze me in this week. Not only did he accept the job last minute, but he quoted me a very fair and reasonable rate (especially with it being a last minute request). Today the three guys he assigned to the job just finished and I could not be happier. They were all kind, friendly, careful, quick and neat. Hands down my best moving experience ever. I understand that technical issues occur- and the follow up to my complaint was meaningful and sincere. Michael immediately contacted me to let me know that he was sorry for the inconvenience and that he is committed to excellent communication and service. He went out of his way to acknowledge the error and extend a discount as a gesture of good faith. That is not too common in this world- and I will trust his company should we need service in the future. I do want to note that the gentlemen who moved us were polite, very efficient and careful.

My second time relocating using U-Pack/ ABF. I also get recommendations for movers to load/unload…read morefrom U-Pack as well. I had been happy with their recommendations until now. Chanon's pricing for unloading was exorbitant considering the skill is in loading the cubes and maximizing space, unloading is a bit of a no brainer. I paid less for the movers to load them then what Chanon charged me to unload. When we spoke initially I mentioned the price to load was far less, and he agreed to knock off $100. However, the day of the unload he claimed he never said that and said he would never lower his price. $660.00 to unload two relo-cubes that are 8 feet from my first floor apartment front door is absurd. I found Chanon and his nephew helper to be idle, which lead me to carrying in items myself. In addition, a piece of furniture was damaged by them dragging/pushing it along the ground. Had the service and level of professionalism been great...even good, I'd be ok with the price. However, they were unprofessional, rude and the service substandard . When I brought my concerns to Chanon's attention he became combative, thereby making me uncomfortable in my own home. I paid for three hours of service which would include assembly of two items, however at that point I just wanted him to leave. I was no longer comfortable with Chanon in my home and phoned a relative to stay on the phone with me until he left. I would not recommend.
