My 9 year old son has been seeing Dr. Wong for over a year after we found out he had a cyst on his upper gum and needed surgery before starting braces. He referred us to an excellent specialist for the surgery, and everything went smoothly. We are very grateful for his care, knowledge, and support. The entire team is wonderful. My dentist was ready to provide invisilign correction but I decided to get a second opinion from an orthodontist. I found Dr. Wu online and made an appointment for a free consultation. I checked in and was immediately taken to Jennifer who went over the evaluation procedure. When we finished she brought Jackie in who took photos and X-rays. Then back to Jennifer's office when I waited a few minutes then met with Dr. Wu for her recommendation. Due to bone loss, which is apparently common at any age, she recommended against any orthodontia as moving the teeth puts stress on the bones which could lead to further bone loss. Clearly this doctor has patient well being first and foremost in her mind. I'm so grateful! And am so glad I sought out a trained orthodontist who evaluates the whole situation and isn't going to provide merely a cosmetic approach. I had photos, X-rays and evaluation at no cost. Amazing! Thank you Dr. Chu and team for your service to the community! You are a gift!

In this big family, we have genuinely felt so much kindness and love. There are so many heartwarming moments that have stayed with us. One time, my 9 years old son insisted on finishing his homework in the treatment area. Not wanting to disturb him, Alvin thoughtfully arranged the meeting with Dr. Lee into the office, and everyone patiently waited until my son had finished his homework before continuing with his appointment. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and kindness. Another time, a pen fell on the floor. Melisa picked it up and carefully disinfected it before using it again. It may have seemed like such a small gesture, but that attention to detail meant so much to me as a parent. It made me feel that my child was truly safe and in caring hands with all of you. There have been so many touching moments like this along the way... We feel incredibly fortunate to receive orthodontic care from what we believe is the best orthodontic team in the world. You have not only helped create a more beautiful smile, but have also helped make every breath easier and more comfortable, while supporting better oral health. Thank you for being with us throughout this journey over the past year and more. We are deeply grateful for everything you have done, and even for creating such a beautiful and welcoming space that feels like a five-star home. HE tried to make it a big deal! It was the strangest interaction I've ever had with an orthodontist for the first time. As this is not the first time I've gotten my retainer replaced with the new orthodontist and I've NEVER had a problem with ANY orthodontist just taking the impressions of my teeth (upper) sending images of (or actual) my retainer to the retaining making company in Torrance and having it redone. But this "doctor" wanted to make a big deal saying he had to bill me just to take X-rays of my WHOLE SKULL , I have a nearby dentist I told him I could just email recent whole jaw x-rays to him. But no he wanted all new records this that in the third which is a complete crock of shit! This dude is a scam artist. I just got up and said thank you for getting my time and I got the fuck out of there ASAP! He wasted my fucking time like person in the dental industry has ever done before. And he said he didn't "wouldn't give me the same retainer" as if he handled my braces for all those years. It's ridiculous! All this because of my f'ing dog! If my dog didn't do this in the first place I wouldn't be going through ANY bullshit of dealing with these DUMBASS know NOTHING but think they know EVERYTHING wack ass doctors who don't listen to nor respect patients

Dr. Luu is one of the kindest, most professional, and gentlest doctors we've ever met. We signed our treatment contract in August 2024, and every part of the process met or exceeded our expectations. My daughter, Jasmine, would frequently come home with extra rubber bands and other little items she needed, and we were never charged extra or surprised with unexpected fees or add-ons. My daughter just had her braces removed, and the results are fantastic! We had been a little worried about possible discoloration after treatment, but there was none at all. Her smile looks beautiful. Looking back, the only thing I wish we had done differently was purchasing the extra set of retainers at the discounted rate they offered. We decided not to at the time, but if you're given that option, I'd recommend taking it--it's nice to have a spare set just in case. Wonderful service, an amazing doctor, friendly staff, and a truly positive experience from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Luu to anyone looking for an orthodontist. Dr. Luu, thank you so very much for everything. We are so grateful to have had you as our orthodontist throughout Jasmine's teeth-straightening journey. It has been an absolute pleasure, and we will always remember your kindness, professionalism, and wonderful care. We wish you and your entire team all the very best!

My dentist actually recommended Primrose Orthodontics, so here starts my little self-care journey (teeth edition). Dr. Luu and team were great from the very start, from scheduling to actual care. I was ready to drop a pretty penny that was just hanging out in my HSA, but Dr. Luu was transparent and offered me a lot of options and actually recommended I go with the faster and less expensive option since I just needed refinement. Beyond excellent patient care and prompt communication, prices are affordable and I felt like the team spent a lot of time making sure all my questions were answered. They were even accommodating when I told them I had to move some stuff around my HSA before proceeding. Anyway, I'm 6-7 (ayyy) months in, my teeth are straight, and I'm wearing clear retainers over a new smile. 10/10 would absolutely recommend them! Thanks Dr. Luu & co.!
