This company has fantastic men in their service department, which is everything to the customer! Josh & Ashton came out because I recently had both two car garage door and my single door replaced., so that was on the speny side. They thoroughly checked it out & it turned out to be unrelated to the garage door, but they told me what to use & where to get it. They were just super guys that didn't have to go through so much, but it gave me peace of mind that my doors are in great condition and helped me with the issue that caused water getting into my garage. There are many companies to choose from, so know you'll be i the best competent hands with this company & they take really good care of their clients!

Matt showed up at my Brooklyn Park home by 8:30 AM the next morning and was done in less than an hour! While I did not want to buy a new opener, he explained why it was necessary and offered me a great deal on a new one. Thanks again Matt, I always recommend elite whenever I have friends who need garage door maintenance. To add, if you are one of those guys who thinks you can replace a spring on your own, don't! I saw the type of machines they have to use to make this work, very dangerous to try on your own, especially if you do not know what you are doing!

Topline came in as the lowest bid/best value. Bob, the owner, contacted me online after my initial online inquiry and it was smooth sailing from there to a new working garage door I really like. The only reason I'm giving them four stars and not five is because a few days after the install they offered me a free scheduled out tune up if I posted a positive Google review and nothing for posting a Yelp review.

When we first moved up here, I locked our car in the garage…read more Think about that for a second. Yes. Locked. In the garage. No way in. See, I had managed to close the garage door closer in the car, then manually closed the garage. I called the wife, and she came in her car and opened the garage with her remote. Try explaining that to a person who always has to know WHY. I had a similar episode when I was in a foreign country as a teenager. Completely locked out of my hotel room. Even security couldn't get in. Key wouldn't do it as I had the chain on. It was like I sealed the shit up tight like fort knox and then turned to smoke and slid under the door. So last week when the garage clicker fell off my key chain (damn cheap plastic!) I knew trouble was ahead. And indeed, it was. How many times have I left the clicker upstairs and not remembered it until I was standing before the garage, a handy FUCK on my lips? Too many to count, my friend, too many to count. The answer? Not a new clicker. Oh no. Much better. THE KEYPAD. I always wondered how that would be useful. Here is how it works. You drive up like a badass. Hit the opener that stays in your car. You get out, grab your shit, and manually close the garage with the button on the wall. Then, next day, all badass and shit, you walk up and type in the code, and your garage opens. Like magic. You get in, pull out, and use the clicker again. There, don't you feel that you learned something today? Me too. Now why did I go all the way to New Hope for this service? Our condo association used these guys to get all new doors installed last year. That and I dropped the wife off at work in Golden Valley and a sneeze later you are in new hope at the really industrial offices of Custom Door Sales, Inc. They were very friendly on the phone, and explained that by picking up and installing myself, I was saving myself about $100 bucks. It will be easy she tells me. Then she showed me on a little demo garage door. And believe you me, it is so easy, even my grandmother could do it, and she is dead. Now tell me, could I have made this review any longer? Of course I could.
