By late morning, their crew was cutting the tree off the roof, and by the next day, had chipped and disposed of a lot of the debris. Because of their attentive and rappid response, the damage was much more limited to the corner of the roof that was hit first. If we had waited for someone "average" to show up, monsoons of water would have flooded our house and we would have much worse damage. They sometimes are not told where they are going until 9 PM the night before and the company is too cheap to pay for hotels when they travel to Portland multiple days in a row.
