By late morning, their crew was cutting the tree off the roof, and by the next day, had chipped and disposed of a lot of the debris. Because of their attentive and rappid response, the damage was much more limited to the corner of the roof that was hit first. If we had waited for someone "average" to show up, monsoons of water would have flooded our house and we would have much worse damage. Despite proximity to the power lines and many large limbs overhanging our plantings and buildings, the team completed the project without any damage as well as cleaning up other ice storm damage around our property. The stump grinding looked really good too! The quote process was excellent with Bartlett providing a very detailed quote so we could understand what was in and out of scope as well as the identifying other pest issues with some of our other trees that we didn't realize were there.
