By late morning, their crew was cutting the tree off the roof, and by the next day, had chipped and disposed of a lot of the debris. Because of their attentive and rappid response, the damage was much more limited to the corner of the roof that was hit first. If we had waited for someone "average" to show up, monsoons of water would have flooded our house and we would have much worse damage.
