He did call and said they had tried a cupcake and felt it tasted fine. He also told me that I may not know what vegan cupcakes taste like. I asked for the Manager to explain what we needed and she came on the phone super aggressive telling me they don't do hand outs and can't "give me anything for free"! I had entered the Twilight zone, I cancelled my order with DoorDash and was not refunded only offered a credit. I then had to call DoorDash, find something else to send the school, and place the order while having a child with a 103 fever on my lap. A total of 1 hour and 20 minutes wasted when all I wanted to do was send a gift of gratitude during the holiday season. This was THE most draining a disappointing experience and how disappointing that they tainted something wonderful.
